Raps fans are no better or worse than other fans- they just have a large realgm fan base.
They overrate their own players- like all I was hearing about how Bargs was going to be a stud this year (there's always next year.) We similarly get excited by our unproven "Young" players- which is part of being a fan.

I'll agree with that to a degree, everyone overrates thir own players. It's just that their team aquires a new hofer every year. Cv, Bargs ect. My favorite was Anthony Parker= poor mans michael jordan.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Yup, losing would be good for this team. Rose? I think Beasley's a better fit for this team. Low post scorers are a premium in this league (although I'm not sure Beasley's a low post guy. Just assuming because he's a college PF).
I want to see the Sixers do well and ditto for the Raptors. I'm actually going to the game tonight so it's going to be interesting. I'm a little conflicted right now and I think going to the game personally will probably add to the confusion. I'll probably keep the Raptor cheering down though because the Sixer fans around me might hurt me

Two years from being two years away.

Assuming Brand is not a realistic option, I think our pick will be taken by another team- and it will be used as part of a trade where we use our cap space to bring in a big named PF.
I would love for it to be Gasol or Amare (one can dream), but who ever it is will step in and contribute more right away more than our #7 (or higher) pick.
I believe Ed is happy with our young talent, and is ready to throw in a post player who is ready to makeus a winner sooner. Waiting for another draft pick to mature might make us better in 4 years- but no one has that much patience.

We'd probably run him at the PF spot(Or that would be the the ideal position for our team).
If he plays SF, we'd more than likely move Iguodala to the SG permanently.

Not sure if that's a good fit. Iggy is a natural SF he is best suited there. Rose gives you a dynamic PG who can score I think that makes both Iggy and everyone else dangerous

Deknow, People here see Young as our SF of the future (about 1/2 think he will be better than Iguodala.) That is why people talk about Iguodala being moved to SG soon to make room for Young to play.
People are actually a lot higher on Young than on Williams- who lit up the raps with his 19 pt 4th quarter earlier this year (almost a great comeback for us.) You probably remeber the 4pt play.

was that the game you guys lost? I think I remember that.
Anyhow I don't know what evidence supports the claim the Young will be anything close to Iggy at the 3. But what do I know... I will say this even if you do believe Young is better than Iggy in time you still have virtually the same player at two positions and now you want to bring Beasley into the mix? ewww. Rose would make this team more dynamic IMO
