That’s the thing which for makes him a good basketball player. It’s literally his size that’s it for me as his weak point but he plays bigger and does it well, his actual skill, nuance and IQ is fine on both ends.

I would like to see him guarding more on ball players. Who knows an on ball guard defender that can shoot threes off the bench and guard wings is a value player to have.

Maxey is probably best as a 6th man than a starter. Doesn't create for others at all. and this team has too many dudes who need to be spoonfed or else they are useless.

Speaking of useless...shake is that. He ironically tried too hard to become that Lou Will type microwave and it **** him up big time..but he also isn't an offense initiator.

Mattise again is great in small doses....with Ben on the outs and Danny being a fossil...thats not the case this year.

Drummond was good. Began to force things in the second half and feasted mainly on smaller dudes...but good.

Korkmaz was fine driving to the rim I guess...but that jumper needs to be near automatic for him to get consistant minutes...and I don't think it ever will be.

Seth was quietly good. Like that he was getting into the paint. Budget Steph would be pretty cool lol. But he and Maxey is not going to work.

Yeah Embiid and Tobias were out and that would obviously change a lot..but it is disappointing to see no progress really on any of the other guys.

This Ben trade is even more important now. We need to get multiple guards back in this deal IMO. Ideally good ones but yknow how that goes. I have a bad feeling about this season...and yeah its just preseason and I am a big baby...but nah I had this feeling prior to it... a lot was/is riding on Maxey taking a massive leap that I don't think is coming...and thats no good. Its also frustrating watching other teams have absolute nobodies take and make modern NBA shots when the only player we have to do so...is our 7ft center. Its insane how much our FO have fumbled the bag. I am watching the Magic game and I don't think he;s any good but Cole Anthony hit shots that I don't think any of our guards could even take...and thats just sad lol.

I don't understand why Mitlon is having trouble transitioning back to being an offball shooter. That's the main reason he's in the NBA.

He Fultz'd his jumper trying to be more of an on ball shooter over the offseason last year it seems.

I think our mandate states we only can draft low upside players that can’t do much when it comes to basketball overall lol.

I wonder what the move is for both parties.

Ben has leveraged investments/high expenditures which need constant capital turnover, he’s young too and probably has NFI on this simple financial management aspect (hence why so many stars go bust in the end).

8++ million withheld is a big deal. Regardless of what he has now (could easily be more than 10x debt/loan/asset/etc that and then some) you 100% need turnover to keep the balance sheets afloat.

And Morey/Doc/Sixers needs to have an actual NBA team in place or it’s another wasted year like groundhog day.

Is it really the case to get picks and younger players for Ben in the end and go for broke next year.
