If we could get one of those top 8 prospects for RoCo you probably have to pull the trigger. But you don't have to do it just for fear of having to resign him. We've got money, we've got probably high level talent coming in on rookie contracts thanks to LA/Sac, we will have Bayless coming off the books in not too long plus TLC/Kormaz will be cheap talent for a while. No way we sell low for financial reasons at this point.

If the 76ers are able to draft Jackson at #3, I'd like to trade Dario Saric for the #10 and take whoever is left between Malik Monk or Donovan Mitchell.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Me too. Saric is gritty and I love his hustle but his value is very high right now. It might be best to move him. He has a low ceiling. BC would be public enemy number one if he did that though and after hearing his dad's talk about moving forward and building a team I don't think BC has the balls to do it. If we keep Saric I'm fine with that too but he is a defensive liability. I don't allow myself to get attached to role players. I'll always love Saric for being the current Tony Montana from Scarface by living by this quote... "All I have in this world is my balls and my word, and I don’t break them for no one.”

I got a feeling Orlando is the best team to make a deal with?

I can see them being very interested in Josh Jackson. And with pick 6, the Sixers could still get Monk or Isaac (who seem to be the best fits for the team).

Maybe a 2018 pick swap to sweeten the the deal for Philadelphia?

Would you deal #3 and a non-lottery future first of some kind for Kyrie Irving?

I would but, I'm not that high on this draft. Why would Clev. Do that though?

As a Cavs fan I am thinking of how to turn Kyrie and Love into PG13 and a few good role players that can defend multiple positions.

If that's the case I would do it but, I almost hate this draft so I don't know how many other Philly fans would agree to it

Make it 3 and OK4 and I'd do it

Do you guys think LeBron would trade Kyrie and Tristan for Embiid straight up? For the record I wouldn't do it but do you think LeBron does?

You scoff at twin towers of Embiid and Porzongis who block shots and shoot 3s? And you would have a 3rd tower running pg. That's 3 future stars plus you would still have the Lakers and Kings picks.

Jerry's Bayless made 9 million.

By the time you have to pay Ben and Dario, Cov's extension will almost be over. Lack of finances, or more accurately avoiding the repeater tax, is not the driver of roster decisions yet.

In your mind it makes sense to pay Covington 15-20 million?

I personally would be happy to use some cap space right now and start him this year on a 4-60 extension. I would go as high as 4-72 starting now and still be okay with it. Higher than that, and then it's time to start getting some trades lined up.

Okafor and Stauskas don't fit GSW and the picks don't help win now. Zero interest in this from a W's perspective.

Maybe a front loaded contract for Covington. 4-70, yr1-20, yr2-18, yr3-16, yr4-16
