When can we trade Drummond? Im serious.

If we reached a point when we decide to take a breather, we could probably trade him to some team looking to win.

Springer isn't Zhaire Smith, he is very young and needs time. I don't know how good he will be, but he isn't a PF in a guard's body. He needs a redshirt year then we can decide.

I don't see a reason to blame Shake for playing more on the ball and it affecting his shot and game. He and Maxey are combo guards being forced to play full time PG's at the moment instead of with one. I do expect that in a Simmons plus trade or a separate trade Shake eventually gets moved once the roster begins to rebalance post Simmons departure.

Niang and Korkmaz are shooters, everyone hates them when they are cold, loves them when they are hot, and both have a solid history of being shooters when the season rolls around every year. Niang is just being asked to be a better Mike Scott, that isn't hard to do. Both also play well off a drive and kick or post man drawing defenders.

Joe is way better defensively since day one than I expected, good feet and hands, skinny, but that is just his build/ His shot can be super streaky, it was on tonight and we love him for it. He needs time to develop consistency, that will be when he makes a jump. If he does, would not be surprised to see him replace Danny Green next year, if he does, still a question, but he has skills.

Reed is an energy player like Maxey, so guys like that will be too ramped up at first. Reed can be a cross between Thybulle and Richaun Holmes in some weird way, he is a unique player, basketball IQ and the game slowing down for him in his head is his key development point.

Drummond is going to be a huge plus this year as both backup when Joel plays and starter when he does not. Howard could not do that last year. Drummond will rebuild his value on this team, good for him and us.

Team development is in a holding pattern till they get a point guard who doesn't refuse to play basketball for them. Plain and simple as that. Maxey is the real deal, just not where and how he is being asked to play, not in his second year. He will ball out as top bench guard. Shake is one to pump up for a trade, but playing him on the ball too much is not the way to do that.

I think Maxey is probably way overrated here because we desperately need him to be good. Think he will be a good player but not seeing this star potential.

8++ million withheld is a big deal. Regardless of what he has now (could easily be more than 10x debt/loan/asset/etc that and then some) you 100% need turnover to keep the balance sheets afloat.

If this preseason will be a sign of things to come for Maxey and Milto , then I think it’s gonna be a long season.

Your only chance to be a really good team is for Milton and Maxey to be 15ppg players, and they showed that they were far from it this game.

But again this is if this game would reflect how they are for the rest of the season, and it still could change
