This game by contrast was a statement game -- we're better than you and we'll beat you on your own court on national TV.

Wait till Tatum shows up and scores his customary 30 instead of the 12 and 18 he's scored in these two teams' past two games. At that point none of those intricacies will matter.

The Sixers can hang with them and lose in the end. In their most recent game they were depleted and Tatum scored only 12 points and the Sixers were beaten convincingly. Tonight you had the expected game between them when both teams are at full strength -- a hard-fought one in which Boston's elite players win it in the end.

That's what happened tonight, and that's what'll happen in the playoffs. This team won't win in Boston, and it'll have trouble winning at home just like it did tonight. If they can get by the Bucks they'll lose 4-2 to Boston. They don't have the mettle to win in Boston, and they don't have the players to beat them consistently at home.

That was a statement game by Boston in a weekend night game everybody was watching -- we're better than you, and we'll beat you on your own floor.

There is always luck in the end. For once maybe it will swing our way. But what you said is true if both teams stay complete. They have clutch Tatum and a deeper team. Plus they will have home court advantage as you said.

I know it’s just been a few games, but I’m skeptical about McDaniels really being the defender of star wings that we need. He’s long, but his defensive awareness is not great. He’s okay as another body to throw out there, but i’m not sure he’s your guy at the end of the game.

I been saying this and I also wouldn't count on Tobias playing as well as he's played across a series with them. Niang was also a no-show. I think you bring in a Barton to give you another option he has a enough size and athleticism to give a look.

I been saying this and I also wouldn't count on Tobias playing as well as he's played across a series with them. Niang was also a no-show. I think you bring in a Barton to give you another option he has an enough size and athleticism to give a look.
