And before people start heaping a lot of praise on PJ Tucker, hitting 3's like that should be an every game thing for a veteran like that. This is why he is being paid for his defense and to hit open 3's. It just shows how bad he is on the offensive end when him hitting "open" 3's is a cause for celebration.

Paul Reed is a rebounding machine, and it's good to see the defense finally have some length. Next season will be great.

Woah! Epic collapse at the end. We couldn't even inbound the ball. Also, Grant Williams flopping is a foul? I watched that play three times. He flopped all day. Can't believe that we won. It took 50 from Embiid to do it. Where TF is Maxey?

Embiid with likely his best game of the career. It's not the same to drop 50+ on Hornets or Celtics. He was flawless.

To beat Celtics in a 4-game series, we need to be more focused. Lapses like this one will not cut it in the playoffs. We need to be able to pull away in the 3rd, and not let them retake the lead in the 4th in the first place. Other than that, we need to be able to close the game with 7 points up and a minute to go. These kind of brainfarts are unacceptable.

Coaching is the issue, agreed

I’m not sure what exactly Doc does, but whatever it is he does he isn’t good at any of it.

You can't honestly be saying that Embiid should play in all three games, are you? If Glenn does that, he may have finally topped himself with regard to incompetence, if that's possible at this point.

Jo should play Thurs vs MIA. That game is important to keep MIA out and BKN in the #6 seed, which we'll be playing in Round 1.

Then sit the B2B Fri at ATL. Means nothing for us.

Maybe play the last game Sun at BKN, although sit that one also if we need to tank to let BKN secure the #6 seed.

I hear what you're saying, but if we're actually strategizing who to play in order to avoid a team in the first round, it doesn't speak highly of our chance to achieve the only real goal this season, making the finals. If we really are a contender, the Heat should be nothing more than a 4-5 game tuneup.

To me, you play Harden and Embiid each in one of the last three games regardless of anything else.
