Sorry haters those are indisputable numbers class dismissed

I know you guys that played basketball at the fifth and six grade level think you know the game but you actually don’t

You should start a forum for former division 2 players to discuss basketball. Then all of the brilliant minds would analyze the game, and if there is a disagreement, both people would be declared victors since they played division 2 and are both basketball geniuses anyway. Before too long the Sloan Analytics Conference would become obsolete, since we now have a consensus of brilliant former division 2 players. This group would put their collective basketball IQs in one room in an effort to create basketball analysis that only the most astute minds could provide due to their division 2 playing experience. And from all of this unique insight we will reap the most indisputable, comprehensive basketball insight man has ever witnessed:

PER
HARRIS 20
Middleton 18

... and the weekend warriors will only hope to digest the comprehensive basketball insight that their 6th grade playing ability could only dream of. As they could only dream of having the division 2 playing experience necessary to offer such groundbreaking insight.

Tobias Harris + 1st rnd pick swaps for Gary Harris and Terrence Ross

Tobias Harris + 2x 2nd rnd picks for Eric Bledsoe and Steven Adams

Tobias Harris + George Hill + a 1st rnd pick for CJ MCCollum and Robert Covington

Easy done.

3rd is my favorite.
Bring roco home.

Ben+Springer for Fox follow up trade

Fox Maxey
CJ Curry
Green Matisse
Roco Reed
Embiid Bassey

Feels like top 7 offense and defense potential.

Also now is a perfect time to sign Oladipo. Doesn’t work out who cares but a 2 year very cheap contract at his lowest market value is very reasonable.

Don’t think he’s going to come to us but it’s a smart and very small risk to take.

If fit he’s a super Josh Richardson at half the cost just about.

1 and 3 are both an easy yes. But I think you would have to give the Magic the 2022 1st outright to have a chance of getting it done.

2 is a no.

I watched quite a few Bucks games in the playoffs and there were many games that they were a hot mess on offence only to be bailed out by Middleton shooting

Might be a back and forth because it’s essentially getting Harris (Gary expiring, Ross one year, Tobias is better then both) so I think the pick swap is fair value. Magic ain’t a FA destination and have cap. Or maybe a protected pick converted into 2x 2nd rnd picks over time.

Contract will be less big so I get losing our 1st.

Trying to find a fair deal without letting another asset go :)

But yeah these are the trades that seem most reasonable to me for Harris.

Tobias and a lotto protected 1st to CHI for Satoransky and Young.

We know that Eversley likes Tobias, and he gets a 1st.

Let’s put an end to this discussion. The consensus is Middleton is much better, and Swagula thinks the guy with the higher PER is better. We can move on now.

I played D1 ball, and have played with and against many current and former NBA players.

I also have 20-20 vision so surely my eye test is on par, if not better than yours.

I think PER is a statistic but not a great evaluation of a players impact and talent.

Care to discuss further?

He is welcome to discuss if he can put together a coherent thought, but repeatedly posting the PER isn’t funny anymore and just derailing the conversation.

Real hoopers know.

I've played with or against Chad Henne (yes he hooped and was a QB in the NFL), Wayne Ellington, Donyell Marshall (and his nephews), Stillman White, James Bryant, and a few names I can't mention or else it could give my identity away.

Just sayin...

Was in the nets facing an international import Ex Test Cricketer (only 11 and a twelve man get picked for a whole country per game so he is as legit as they come, duh everyone knew who he was hence why we signed him lol.)

To be in out of your depth is an understatement. Did okay (got one of best techniques in the club since juniors).

People that’s played sports long enough probably has seen/versed/played with higher caliber players.

Different sorts for different sports.

I’d take Middleton over Harris without a thought. His playoff resume has been sound for quite sometime.

Don’t know what that means, but anyone who played D1 would be universally considered a hooper lol
