Just play like Jokic or Duncan Joel... Show your athleticism with drives and laterally defensively not blocks and dunks

Eh, he has no idea when his body's not gonna cooperate and he knows his legacy is that he's never really brought it in the PO. He went for it, didn't work.

We’ve talked a million times about how he falls down a lot because it’s better than putting all that weight on his knees. These dunks sometimes don’t allow for it and are just too risky imo. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to tell him no dunks. It’s like how starting pitchers don’t usually throw their hardest every pitch because that is how you risk injury. You save it for when they have two strikes and you need it. This is a more extreme example of that. Think of QBs that learn to slide. Do you they sometimes take the hit with the game on the line, sure. But this wasn’t that time.

Because people are idiots. He's a competitor, they don't understand that I guess. This is the playoffs, you go all in. It doesn't matter what morons like Kendrick Perkins say or think. I'm personally going to mute the TV when Perk even speaks.

Precisely as expected lol.

Yup he's not going to jump for the rest of the game. I feel bad for him being so talented , working hard to be great and never being able to stay healthy when it matters the most.

My last suggestion for him is to drop 20 pounds in the offseason. I don't know what else can be done to salvage his career.

It's great that he's not badly injured, but I still feel like we should have let him sit out the rest of this season back when he had the surgery. He's not going to realistically get us to the end in his current state, so it's not worth the extra risk right now of a truly bad injury to his knee. If he had a more serious injury, like extending into the next season type recovery, every good FA or potential star player asking for a trade will 100% not want to come here.

He's not jumping. He's a defensive liability out there. This team is dumb.

Lowry's flopping is hilarious when he's on your team

As others have said, it's hard to turn that off. It's instinct in games like this.

It kinda bums me out that I’m going to hate Jalen Brunson by the end of this series

Do QBs not have the same instinct to win? They know though that getting hurt doesn’t help anyone and sometimes you slide. Again, this isn’t the Super Bowl.

Oubre has been awful too, he's lost on defense and for some reason it's afraid to shot

I mean he's already gimpy and recovering from an injury. He was barely jumping for rebounds before that play so that was just odd decision. I don't care about highlight dunks I want him to last through a playoff series without sustaining more injuries.

I'm not that into football, I watch it, but not religiously, so I can't answer that...I get the reasoning, but its hard.
