Course Jojo weights twice as much as Iverson.

he does it to protect his knees

remember when he use to land and it would bend backward?

Thats why he just goes down.

not sure I agree with teh logic but I am no doctor

This is crazy. I don't want Embiid shooting another shot that isn't in the paint all game. Play good defense and crash the boards. I don't understand this.

No. Doesn’t play the right position and doesn’t have the character for it.

Haliburton would give us exactly what Harden is giving us now IMO.

Not saying thats an improvement but it is what it is....we wanted a shot maker but got a shot creator instead.

We should have never given up Drummond and Curry in the trade. It should have just been Simmons take it or leave it

Curry was a starter and Drummond is unplayable in the playoffs, ask the Nets

The issue was both were used as starters. We haven't been able to find a big for the bench and our lack of bench shooting has killed us all series

LeBron lost his first finals with the heat because he had cramps. Does he possess this “character” you speak of?

In 2011 at 26 years old, LeBron had been to 3 Conference Finals, 2 NBA finals, including carrying the worst Finals team of all time in 2007.

To answer your question, Yes. Yes he did.

Nice, completely missing the point of my post. Playing poorly in a series, especially with debilitating injury, shouldn't determine one's character. Many factors go into it.

I didn’t miss any point. It was a bad point and a bad comparison

What, you mean you don’t want Embiid posting up and getting “entry” passes at the top of the arc?

Hali.

For instance this Strus-Bam 2 man game. How can he make it better on defense when Embiid can’t step out while Hali isn’t big enough to switch to Bam and not get out rebounded?

Then in the 2 man game, you can just put Gabe Vincent or Strus on Hali. The 2 man game with Embiid also wont be that lethal.

Hali is a very good reg season player but playoffs is built different.

You need players who can play very good switch defense (1-4), that can attack ISO and shoot 3s.

I understand because I am watching the rest of the team. He's tried to create open looks but our team is trash and hasn't been able to finish them

Yea, he's not going to take over a game. At least not at this point of his career. We need someone to draw some fouls. Haliburton isn't that guy.

The Heat won 53 games and finished 2 games ahead of the 4th seed. Not to mention the Sixers had the 1 seed in their grasp and choked. They are nothing special and people talk about them like we’re facing the 02 Lakers. Tired of this narrative.
