1 store, maybe a slap on the wrist. 3, probably some jail time

Why? I don’t think you’re crazy to say that because I hear Barrett may be good but we do hav Ethel top pick regardless if either pick lands. We don’t have to take a big man this draft and it’s filled with big men at the top. But it’s tricky for me. I don’t want to hand the Celtics a big man. Right now I’m thinking I’d rather have the 2018 pick just to block the Celtics.

I don't really go into a draft hoping a player doesn't fall into another club's hands, though its true I was really hoping the Lakers were going to draft Ball last draft at number 2 given how insufferable they are as a group. Given I never rated Ball and I had a good idea what was going to happen to him; its been kind of delicious seeing how bad he is because of Lakers fans, albeit bittersweet because I do feel a bit sorry for Ball himself.

Its really early but I don't really see a player who fits our roster profile at the top of the draft - it seems like you would be happy to draft Ayton just to keep him out of Celtic hands? I guess you can't have too many back-up centers and there's a spot now with Jah out the door.

The draft looks sort of flat to me outside the top 5 or so prospects - it looks solid at this stage so I think having just our own pick would be fine.

Yes, delaying the pick yet another year is not that great for a lot of reasons but I'm talking about just in terms of what I see from this current batch of prospects. Like I said its a hot-take and I'll probably change my mind a few months down the track when we see more of this college season.

Jaren Jackson looked incredible. This bigman class is stacked.

Trevon Duval is a true point guard. Legit distributor. It's a shame he can't shoot.

Gary Trent looks like the next Devin Booker out there.

Guys, I think this Kostja Mushidi guy could be a riser.

6'5" 220 pound SG with a 7'1" wingspan!

Some of the passes he makes are pretty incredible, too.

It looks like unless the Lakers pick jumps to 2nd-3rd you would get a pick in the 6th-8th range this year, plus your own that should be 15-17th, there are a ton of interesting guys to get at that range, Bruce Brown, Lonnie Walker, Collin Sexton or Troy Brown Jr with the earlier pick and Mikal Bridges, Andrew Jones, Kevin Knox, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Gary Trent Jr., and others with your own, seems like solid options out there.

This UK team might be the worst offensive team I've seen in the Calipari era, and that includes Archie Goodwin/Noel year.

Quade Green doesn't seem to have the command you'd want in a lead guard.

Diallo's shot is awfully low, but he's hitting shots much better since the combine.

Yea, Gilgeous-Alexander looks like a better prospect, in my opinion. He's playing second ball handler to Quade because he has that versatility and size. His shot looks decent and has solid athleticism/defensive instincts. Needs to grow into his body.

I'm interested in this Georgetown team. Derrickson and Govan are two guys with great size and length for their positions. Beat down Jacksonville University, but I wonder if they continue to bring the heat this season.

Looks like Bruce Brown is going to be a near triple double machine this year for Miami.

Kentucky is about to get destroyed by Kansas on Tuesday, right?

Yep. Pretty much. I will say that this Kansas team isn't really as scary as years passed. Mykhailiuk and Vick don't really strike fear; Newman is an inefficient scorer that should struggle with length. And we certainly have the length to bother them.

There needs to be some kind of cohesion on offense for us to have a chance. The only real advantage they have on us is experience.

Shoulda declared last year. He would have killed guys in the pre-draft. Liked him better than your boy, Mitchell.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down
