It honestly happens a lot with him bad performance late in pivotal playoff games. Its also true its not the only reason they lost the game this supporting cast sucks. But Im old school when the best player fails late in a close game he is going to have to shoulder a lot of the blame. You dont have to agree with me. I love Embiid in a lot of ways. He just cant be the leader of a team by himself he is too immature and prone to coming up short in a big game. The closest we came to the ECF was a team with Butler and Redick two leaders.

Grouping Butler with Redick LOL

They also run plays, have strengths and more factors than just mentality dude.

Your predictions about mentalitiy kings have been wrong every season, don't foul yourself or ours in the process.

The only reason you discuss mentality is because you cannot distinguish a PnR from a DHO

You’re the expert pal. Congratulations. Feel better?

Ok, we lost, the season is likely over, they just wanted it more. This year's team wasn't meant to make a playoff run, yada yada..

BUT AT OUR 2 HOME GAMES, HALF OF THE ARENA WAS KNICKS FANS. THEY JUST CHANTED MVP FOR BRUNSON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND MORE EMBARRASSING THAN LOSING THE SERIES.

Get Siakam in here this offseason. That cheapskate Josh Harris better open the purse strings.

Huge miscalculation by Nurse to play Embiid 32 straight minutes

No, but i also don't make my life to come here only to say how our best player is a loser for life.

Maybe you should analize that part of your own mentality

You all saw it live, how bad Embiid is in 4th quarter, this guy gets all kind of excuses every year, be it injury, coach, teammates or whatever, but he is the common denominator in our failures year after year. We should trade him before trade deadline next year, let him do his typical RS explosion.

just pure clown behavior

Biid played the entire second half because yet again we lost the game once he sat....this comes after he scored 50 to win game 3....and after him getting us back in THIS one for his ft line parade in the 3rd

yet here comes the clown.

This is Morey fault for not strengthening the bench enough

He did technically strengthen the bench, but the injury to Melton messed everything up. Hield has shown nothing since being traded here and no way a 38 year old Lowry should be starting at this point in his career.

Agreed in hindsight. The problem was the poor 3rd quarter which made him do it. If they held the lead going into the 4th then they probably rest him as normal.

They ran an offense that involved Kyle, and he was forcing passes as opposed to taking open shots. Just confusing offense

Yea, they’re like what 35 and 38. Not ideal we’re relying on them to this extent at this point in their careers.

I would agree with that sentiment. However, attempting open shots is a minimum requirement. I wouldn't have even been mad if they missed them, but the offense required them to take them

The emotions and passion Embiid transmitted on the 4th quarter were those of a career loser, and teammates naturally follow that, thus underperforming then becomes the norm.

The Knicks were playing without Mitchell, Randle and Bogdonacic lol. Not good. This series could be an argument that we should have tried harder to get OG at the deadline. He’s doing lots of little things to help the Knicks the win.

Embiid is such a beta. Biggest dude on the floor with the rebounding mentality of a toddler. Always talks the talk, never walks the walk.

As I predicted before the series, Knicks in 5. Not surprising. I'm not blaming Embiid.

It's embarrassing having to rely on Lowry to play 35+ minutes....It's embarrassing when you play Tobias 35+ minutes.

I don't understand the refusal to give Council and/or Martin any minutes this series.

Nurse hasn't shown me anything.

But at the end of the day, this is the fault of one person....And you all know who that is....The biggest fraud executive in sports.
