Well that's ridiculous and obviously not true. It would be completely out of character.

Gordon and Barton can't be traded for months because they just signed extensions I believe.

I think Murray would be the basis. If MPJ is added then Maxey and Thybulle are likely gone.

If Maxey and Thybulle are out, Hyland coming our way, right?

This won’t exactly endear Matthias with management

Passing up a a dunk because you dont want to get to the ft line is more serious than making a dumb foul. Dumb fouls happen everytime specially if you are a young player.

Just from watching his vlogs/interviews Matisse seems to be a really good kid with a great head on his shoulders. Definitely one of the most compassionate and relatable pro athletes.

HOWEVUH (couldn't resist), he's missing an enormous part of the story when comparing the passed dunk to his foul.

The passed dunk was just the cherry on top of the astronomical **** sundae Ben has been feeding us since the 2018 Playoffs. It was so terrible/unbelievable from a basketball standpoint that it's almost comical. Almost seems scripted. Who else but Ben would've done that in such a big moment?

Ben's infamous saga in Philly isn't defined only by a passed up dunk. Only the magnitude of that moment is why it's talked about so much, but from someone who has watched this team for 20 years and Ben for 4, I can comfortably say it's so much more why fans want him gone.

Possessing the size, speed, skill, and athleticism to lift this team to greater heights, yet not doing so out of what? Fear? Lack of confidence? Stubbornness? We can speculate all day, but it's been year after year, playoff series after playoff series with no change.

The flashes of "turning it on" certain games, then retreating back to his shell is mind-boggling.

I will say though, no matter what Doc claimed this week how his words were misrepresented in the post-Game 7 interview, he should've been better and gave the stupid PC answer that "Yes, Ben can be the point guard on a championship team." Even if he didn't believe it, there was nothing to gain by "throwing Ben under the bus" in that presser. It only enflamed the situation and made Morey/Brand's job that much harder, which ultimately will change what we get in return when Ben is traded.

I'd definitely do Curry and a few picks to get Porter also

As a basis yeah. Otherwise, it does feel weird that Denver would be trotting out Simmons, MPJ, Gordon, Jokic.

What picks would you add in?

MPJ is almost as polarising as Ben to some

Zero iq and defence are trotted out constantly

Denver is in no rush to extend him & some claim it’s because Jokic will need an extension in 2 years and they won’t pay tax for MPJ

I don't know anything about basketball but I'm just not interested in Michael Porter Jr.

Porter is an airhead, physically fragile, and he's likely to be delusional and demand a max extension. I'd be a little worried about having him, too.

Porter is like a 6'10 Seth. I actually kind of like his fearlessness and how he's Durant like in how he takes and makes tough shots over defenders. He doesn't bring this team fundamentally closer to a championship though. Still lead-guard deficient.

I actually didn't mind what Thybulle said, he showed more restraint than his 60 year old head coach. Obviously doesn't want to throw a teammate and friend under the bus, but doesn't want to rip the organization. Political answer while being pointed.

MPJr scoring numbers would balloon if they got Ben. He's an incredible shooter and they would rely on his scoring a lot more with Murray gone. That said, I don't really want him here.

What is Redick's deal? Guy is wearing sunglasses inside like a weirdo.

Thybulle's answer was fine. Good pivot away from talking about the organization to "social media".

Could Morey just using Nuggets as leverage and playing the Fertita playbook?

I can see Morey going after MPJ and just by looking at numbers I’d take MPJ over Murray. And I do think Murray can be a much better player with a different role.

And I can see Nuggets giving up MPJ, because Murray, Jokic and Ben makes so much sense.

Maxey, Seth, MPJ, Tobi and Biid on offense excites me
MPJ and Biid’s injuries scares the sh*t out of me
