Eight of the last 10 teams from the East who advanced to the NBA Finals swept their first-round series.

The Sixers are the only NBA team to sweep their first-round series this postseason.

Man I wish we could’ve gotten our hands on Edwards. Was a pipe dream but imagine Maxey/Ant/Embiid moving forward…

Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards

It’s really too bad Kawhi got hurt in the Clippers/Suns matchup: that was also shaping up to be great.

True, and even better if both Kawhi and PG were playing.

Explosive offensively. But where would the playmaking come from?

Jimmy butler with 20 in the first quarter. Hope Elton brand is watching. Disgrace that we couldn’t get him to stay / prioritized others over him.

Yea definitely missing a facilitator. Joel Embiid, point center

One of the biggest downsides with Maxey is he will always need a bigger guard/facilitator playing next to him. Unfortunately, he's just not a true PG.

Fox with a fractured finger. Sacramento will be in trouble without him.

lol I’ll feel however I want about it. I’ve never seen a professional sports championship in my life from any of the teams I support. Losing Jimmy might have cost us one. Not to mention, it’s good to constantly be reminded of these mistakes so that we learn from them. If you forget you just repeat them.

Edit: it’s also not clear that the repercussions are actually over. Just last playoffs Jimmy was killing us and making post game comments about how we chose Tobias over him (granted it wasn’t that simple). This could also be a reason Joel thinks management hasn’t done a good enough job with his supporting cast if he eventually asks out.

Damn, Jimmy is on one. Why can't harden be this aggressive? Harden is certainly more skilled and Jimmy's game was never a product of his athleticism. It's all about will power and want for Jimmy.

James, I have to tell you something.

I’m still in love with Jimmy.

No he wasn't. He played Kawhi to a standstill in 2019.
