So a salary dump to get under the tax, maybe a minimum salary back to stay at 14 players. Ok.

Wonder if we'll be competitive in the buyout market.

McCain, Oubre, Drummond, Martin for DeRozan. I can come up with these all day.

I am so glad you aren't our GM. Trading McCain for anything beyond a top 25 player at this point is nuts.

Not saying it's what I want. I've been a McCain fan since before last year's draft. I'm saying it's a Morey move since he's desperate to win sooner rather than later.

I was so confused b/c i thought you were pro-McCain, thought I had logged into bizzaro boards.

How many teams does Derozan have to blow up for this gimmick to retire.

Buddy, we've acquired Jimmy Butler, James Harden, and Paul George. We love guys who blow up teams.

Guessing Edward’s gets an NBA deal once the deadline passes like RCIV did last year.

Wait why is he kind of insane?

Those steal block rates are like college Thybulle-esque, although Matisse ((despite being a borderline generational quick twitch / instinctual athlete)) still had stats inflated via constantly ball hawking as a safety in college.

6'7, Decent FT rate for Byrd, elite FT shooter, shoots a trillion threes.

We need him yesterday.

Potentially. They'd need to dump more salary (Drummond).

Even with no other moves, if they let Grimes walk, they should have the full NTMLE ($14M) to offer Yabu.

I have no clue what it would take to retain Grimes. If Oubre opts in but they get off Drummond & Gordon's contracts for next year, I believe they'd have almost $23M to split between Yabu and Grimes.

He needs the money to pay Myles Garrett after we trade for him and give him a new contract.

My guess is Orlando absorbs him. I think he could actually help them off the bench, and I think they have the room to do it.
