I've only seen 1 game so take it for what it's worth but, I see Simmons as more of a stat sheet stuffer. I don't think he's a scorer like Igram or Murray

Henry Ellenson, veryyyy impressive, like an athletic Dario.
I personally want Jamal Murray and Grayson Allen (With the okc/mia) pick, and if we snag LALs pick we can take simmons/Ingram with our own

exactly right about Simmons being a stat stuffer. I see him more as 4 in the nba . perfect for a team like Boston. 76ers need perimeter scorers badly . I want both Ingram and Murray . We have the picks and assets to get it done.

I want Ingram!

Imagine rolling out with

Jamal Murray (or Kris Dunn)
Brandon Ingram
Dario Saric
Nerlens Noel
Jahlil Okafor

that would be so exciting to watch. if embiid gets healthy, then he's an added bonus.

Ingram might be able to play SG, remains to be seen, but Saric is clearly a PF.
Best possible outcome is probably, Simmons+Ingram+2Gs
As of now it looks like Murray, Dunn, Jackson and GAllen could all be lotto picks, so maybe Trimble is the best guard available with the Miami/OKC pick.

Grayson Allen might be someone we should keep our eyes on. He might b worth taking in the late teens. He's has good athleticism.

Jamal Murray is he better suited as a two guard or 1 on the next level? He like a special scorer tailor made for Nba. I see bigger monta ellis.

This draft has some really exciting prospects. Ingram/Simmons/Noel is just about the ideal new age front court. You know we're not that lucky though.

Can Simmons even have an offensive game besides passing ? I see no post game and no game from the perimeter whatsoever.

He'll be able to slash to the rim from the wing, at will.

Why are people so dismissive of Simmons as a SF? It's like of you guys don't even grasp his physical ability.

In terms of body capabilities, he's closer to LeBron James than he is Blake Griffin. He moves, handles, has the agility of a wing.

Agreed. He wont be able to slash at will against 3s. He wont be an elite scorer either. The dude is basically Lamar Odom. And that is by no way a knock on him, Lamar had a season where he averaged 17, 10 and 4. Simmons is going to be a really good player. I agree with most on here that Ingram and Murray are the guys that fit what you guys need, which is perimeter scoring, those two boys can flat out score.

Grayson has looked great against teams that dont have athletic wings or shot blockers. Tomorrows game will show a lot on how he deals with better opposition. UK has Lee who is a good shot blocker and Ulis is a quick good defender. If he can continue to do what he has been doing then he will definitely be looked at late lottery, late teens

I think that he is one of those players that is good enough that you just play him and deal with it. I agree that he is closer to Lebron than Griffin, and I just see "superstar" when I watch him play.

He has all the skills and athleticism to dominate at the 3, or more specifically, the point forward position.

I love Ingram's stroke, but his size is unnerving. The complaint isn't that he's thin for the nba; he's thin for a high school kid. That stroke though.

So, we are al clear then:

PG: Ingram
SG: Simmons
SF: Noel
PF: Okafor
C: Embiid

Then we grab a Poetl to play backup pg with the Miami pick.

Yeah, but he just put on 20 pounds this year. Get him 20 more and he will be fine.

Durant in college was skinny as hell too.

Simmons passing is a thing of beauty. He makes those cross court pass looks so easy.
