NBD23...I'm going to wait on booking double teams. I think we may actual fill up all the slots. But, I'm sure a few of the guys won't show up (I'll gut whoever doesn't show up  ) so even if we do fill up all the spots...there will probably still be a spot for you to have two teams.

Not to call out of the guys with smaller post counts, but this is a rather long process. Most of the time, you have to be here every night so if you can't make it, you're just going to screw this up for the rest of us. So like I said in the beginning, don't just sign up for the hell of it. This also goes for the guys with higher post counts too, but more so the smaller ones because I don't really know you guys. Don't make this out to be I don't want you guys to do this...as long as you get your picks in, it's all good.

I'll touch on a few other things later...more of the in-depth rules.

I will say, I'm looking for a "Vice President" (Yeah I'm the Prez of this, lol). Basically, you just need to be on the board a lot. Just in case a conflict comes about, and I'm not here, you'll have the ruling power.

Also, maybe to just give the next guy in line to pick the heads up. Say I miss my pick/my time slot runs up...you can just leave a post saying whose turn it is. I mean, it's pretty simple...if my pick time is from 6 to 7, and I miss my pick, the next person, let's just saying it's tk76, can make their pick at 7:01. Then say the person after tk76 is Tension...Tension can make his pick at 7:02 even if his time slot isn't until 8 to 9. As long as the person directly before you made their pick, you can make your pick at anytime before your time slot is up (Which for Tension would have been 9).

I realize what I just said may be a bit sloppy, but I'll go over it again with it being easier to understand.

The Summer is my time where I'm on here a lot. I'm a student so the summer is where I just relax. So I'll be on here a lot. So me not being here shouldn't be a real concern, but just to be sure.

I jumped in a bunch last time to edit the thread since I can do that as a mod. I just don't know if I'll be following along nearly as closely this time around (and have only 1 team this time.) But I'm more than happy to help if needed.

I like how you handled missed picks last time. You let them be skipped for 5 pick or so, and then assigned someone. That seems to be a fair punishment.

Yeah, I mean I'll be here like 90% of the time. But feel free to jump in in case a conflict comes up. I highly doubt it...I'm going to be making a post given solutions/rules/instructions so this thing runs smoothly and everyone understands how it goes.

Yeah, I'll probably do the same thing this year. Hopefully, I don't need to do that too many times though. I think what I will do is have 1/2 hour time slots for the first 2 or 3 rounds. Last year I went from 2 hour for the first round to 1/2 for the later picks. I think everyone will be psyched for the first few rounds this year anyway so giving them less time shouldn't be a big deal. I'm still looking over it.

I just wonder how many fans will be sticking around now that the season is over? Alsthough we got good participation last summer.

Definitely need to start ASAP.

Yeah. I want to get the final members by tomorrow so I can get this up and running by next week. Once we get 30 posters...I'm going to do a "roll call". Make another thread, ask everyone who signed up, to post in the thread saying they are definitely doing it. Weed out the guys who signed up, and then said screw it. Hopefully that number is 0...we'll see though.

Then after that...we should be able to get started. Hopefully have this done by late May.
