I keep a look out for home connect talent

Proctor is a name, was touted as going lotto last season but underwhelmed

But one thing I know for sure is:

1. That Aussie can't shoot worth a salt
2. That Aussie is a fukn sniper wowee

No in between lol.

So yeah still 20 too early to give up on talent. Could be a diamond in the rough type of pick.

I spotted Ivey and PWat before their college season before draft, and watching the game on tele I remembered Proctor in the Asia Cup

So yeah Morey once again no harm if he puts together a legit season. Funnily enough there was a couple of games last season where I thought he looked like the most talented kid and that was with Jared there.

Ace Bailey clips are hilarious because he'll be getting locked down by a Latvian league future all-star and then chuck up some contested BS.

Tough shot making is a skill, but the high level scorers make it look easy.

I keep patiently waiting for Ace to be impressive on the court in the 2 games I've watched of him. He has the look, but his game hasn't really done anything for me yet. Harper, on the other hand, has looked great.

Cooper Flagg - uber Franz Wagner
Ace Bailey - Andrew Wiggins
Tre Johnson - Devin Booker or uber Tyler Herro
Dylan Harper - Cade Cunningham

Cooper reminds me more of Chet Holmgren but needing more work on the outside shot.
I haven't seen enough of Ace yet.
Briefly watched Tre Johnson and the guy he reminded me of was D-Wade with a better outside shot.

Kentucky has been very impressive. They have instant chemistry, despite being a makeshift team with a ton of transfers. Pope has done a great job so far.

Glad to see them with a commitment from Jasper Johnson next year, as well. As long as they their keep the 5 star faucet on, they'll stay in the picture as a bigtime program.

The SEC should be a lot of fun again this season. Tennessee looked really good in the Bahamas, beating two ranked teams, and seems to be meshing with all the new pieces and already playing Barnes' lockdown defense. Chaz Lanier looks like he is the real deal.

Early take cause im bored

Demin is the guy who’ll challenge Flagg for the number 1 overall pick as of now. I might end the year liking Demin more than Flagg. Its hard to imagine Flagg to be not number 1 overall pick.

Ace Bailey is not good. He’s the fake top prospect this year.

As long as Ace Bailey continues to be a three point shooting threat, I have no concerns about him as a prospect.

He's the most impressive physical specimen in this class.

I get scared of guys who live off of taking and making tough shots. Its impressive but also you wonder if its due to lack of a first step and if it translates against better more athletic defenders

Edgecomb is turning a corner after his first 2 games where he went 2-11 and 3-12. I think we're going to be discussing him near the top by the end of the season as he gets more comfortable since he currently hits every metric other than scoring and shooting percentages. His height, length, and athleticism look elite.

If Demin lands here a friend of Mark Jackson’s friend will no longer be a legend.

I've spoken about him before, but Adou Thiero is going to be a Brandon Clarke type player at the next level with upside to shoot from the outside. Insane athlete with great defensive awareness. Putting up 19ppg so far (which will not last, lets be clear). Is a junior only because Cal wasted him at Kentucky and somehow coerced him to join him in Arkansas.

We’ve reached a point where we’re know the players’ fathers, all while hoping their sons can come in and save our team.

Looks in the vein of the Martin brothers. Plays a great all around game, but is an upperclassman. Has the numbers and the look. Great late first, second round pick grade. Handles give him a slightly higher ceiling.

My early season top 5

1- Cooper Flagg
2- Egor Demin
3- Dylan Harper
4- Derik Queen
5- VJ Edgecombe (not comfy with him at 5; i dont like guards who can’t shoot)

Boogie Fland. Just in case you want a Maxey type player.
