You fire Nurse. There needs to be an entire purging of the old "era" and a transition to the new era under Maxey. No retread coach unless it's Spoelstra level coach. Also need new shooting coaches on this team.

This is going to be an unpopular take; but I don't know if I'd can Morey if we keep our pick. For all of Morey's downsides; he's been a very good drafter. If we don't land Cooper, I think I'd want his eye deciding which of Harper/Bailey/VJ is the right pick.

Myers last years legit damn near tanked the Warriors...Steph's greatness masked that and bailed him out a lot IMO...and he didn't draft Steph.

Not even saying he's worse than Morey either.

My point being is that too often we have looked to guys who has won before even recently only for them all to be guys who simply benefitted from being in the right spot at the right time (Doc, Nurse and Morey) rather than them having ideas and ****.

Who that guy is? IDK I don't keep tabs on young basketball minds lol...but the ownership should actually do a real search and try to find that guy instead of what they have been doing which is just pick the known quantity and pay them the most money possible...that has LITTERALLY been the decision they make everytime they have to make a choice lately...and it has not worked out. Myers could be different of course...but it feels the exact same
