Who's better defensively, Jah or Ingram ?

Ingram crazy length makes it likely he'll continue to get better from a defensive standpoint. I still love him as a prospect. I'd trade Okafor for him in a second. He's been playing much better. Not sure why the lakers would though.

The only way I see the Lakers getting involved is if Johnson is calling the shots like he wants. He may not be as high on Ingram or Russell as the old regime. I dunno. It's more of a wait and see thing.

The only member of our young core you could even get is Jordan Clarkson. You would have to remove the protection on the pick in exchange for a young experienced guard.

I have a hard time believing that the Lakers are trading for Okafor. They wouldn't give up Russell or Ingram, and even if they would give up Clarkson, I'm not sure that we would want him over a first round pick from someone else.

If the deal was larger and included another player on the Sixers then that player would have been held out tonight as well most likely.

I can't see the Lakers removing the protection on their pick for Okafor, and even if they did, I can't see the Sixers again taking that over the Pelican's pick. After all, removing the Lakers protection could turn out to be worthless if the pick falls outside of he top 3, so that is pretty reckless.

It's trollish. Okafor was already being talked about about in the Pelicans trade as being moved for a top ten protected pick. Clarkson isn't worth more then that.
