So a bit longer recovery than typical ankle sprains. There better not be any further clarifications...

Better ship Fultz to Seattle or LA for that 3-8 week rehab. Don't let him anywhere near the Sixers medical staff.

I don't know why people are freaking out. It's an ankle sprain. They happen all the time. He will be ready by training camp. Everyone needs to calm down.

Waiting for the other shoe to drop. Hopefully it doesn't. I'm cool with the SL being cut short as long as he's fit and able for camp. It is a setback though...instead of getting in off season work to get better he'll be rehabbing. Sucks in many ways.

High ankle sprains can be 8 weeks to 6 months recovery time. I'd say it's cause for some major disappointment, although maybe not full-blown freaking out. This string of bad luck with high draft picks' health just plain sucks.

Same with my wife...

High ankle sprains take as much as 8 weeks to heal.. of course its a **** high ankle sprain cuz its always gotta be the worst wth us.

That means tons of time not wrking out and further falling behind the 8 ball.. hes going to be out of shape after this for sure. **** everything

It's not the normal ankle strain people do all the time... it's a high ankle strain. Instead of weeks of recovery we are talking months. Best case it's 2 months which means he will be ready mid September which is just before training camp. That's best case though.

With us holding him out longer than normal like usual we are probably looking at 8 to 10 weeks.... that puts him back at the end of September. When do games start? The very end of October right?

That's why I said he will be back by training camp which is what you just said. Not a big deal.

Dude he sprained his ankle in July. The only other thing there is to even possibly worry about is MRI results for ligaments. He will be fine.
