Then I can see the Celtics offering Jaylen Brown (possibly Kemba or what assets they can get for Kemba) and picks for Harden.

Celts then build around Tatum and Harden.

Sadly i think Morey should have traded Simmons for HArden now. BEn will not became an average shooter, and his value will never be so high as it was now.

I think Ben’s value can be higher with how the roster is constructed while Harden’s value will decline as he nears the end of his contract. After this season, Harden can basically dictate where he want to play with his expiring contract (see Kawhi situation).

Kawhi didn't choose Toronto though.

I don't know any more than anyone else, but I've been hearing on podcasts that there's worry about his body holding up, plus the playoff stuff. I think he's really really good, personally, but if you can't make a huge difference in the playoffs, what's the point, I guess.

Yeah, he's just a Tobias then. Can provide big numbers when it doesn't matter. When it does in the playoffs, nada.

He's way better than Tobias.

In the past he was. As injuries and age catch up to him, the gap will narrow.

I'd be pretty annoyed if I was Jrue Holiday. What a dumb take by Giannis and incredibly disrespectful towards Jrue.

As proven with his allstar player drafts, Giannis doesn't know **** about the players in this league and how to build a team.

I think they're referring to the report that Giannis liked that the Heat gave Bam an extension.

Seems pretty tame. We've seen this whole story before. World famous young NBA super star has played in the same small market for years and wants to try something different.

Oh, I was talking about the report coming out that Giannis is pouting over not getting Bogdanovic, as if Jrue is chopped liver or something. I hope Jrue bounces next summer.

Lol the multiple leaks are already starting. Going exactly like Lebron, Durant and so on.

If they both leave that could get pretty dark. Heck if Jrue gets the highest max then Giannis leaves that gets pretty dark.

So we’re like 2 weeks away from preseason and 3 weeks away from the regular season.

Have the team played together yet?

Sauce never misses on youtube but in real NBA game, he’s like SG version of Josh Smith

Nik Stauskas will have a single good 30mpg season in his 30s. I'm guaranteeing it.

The funny thing is that a couple of years ago, people were hammering home the point that Giannis was super loyal and would never go that route. People even cited his international routes and said his lack of an AAU upbringing would prevent him from doing what other guys have done.

One dimensional shooters (even with bad defense) like joe harris or herro are increasing in value just as zone defense is increasing in frequency.

Zone defense worked in a tiny gym with no noise where guys on the floor could hear every instruction said to them by coaches/teammates. Zone defense is going bye bye once the league gets back to normal.

That Bam extension is awful.

Whether he is worth the contract is immaterial you can find a defensive center like Noel who can do 80 percent of what Bam does for a fraction of the cost. Clint Capela signed a what 5/90 deal. Capela is better at everything else except he doesn't have a 5 foot jumpshot. Is that really worth an extra 110M?

How the heck does he get max money? The heat better hope he develops a 3PT shot and into the star they are paying him as. The players may have different styles but this kind of reminds me of Biyambo. The magic threw money at him because of a post season run instead of trusting what their eyes told them over 82 games..
