We can still get the best shooter in the draft. Koby Brea might still be there at 35. But he's nothing else. Just a shooter.

It’s the funniest karma. Going to the worst team in the league and one of the smallest markets.

New Orleans just drafted a future All-Star.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker
Embiid/Drummond/Bona/Broome

I think there's a higher chance we regret passing over Tre and not Bailey.

The skill set tre has at his size is rare and takes a ton of work. Will take a few years for VJ to get close to as polished as Tre offensively but at least his ceiling is higher with his athleticism

I’m getting Darius Garland vibes from Fears. Gifted offensive player but will be food in the playoffs.

He’s bound to get one of these 40pt games.

Sixers already have 3 dynamic scoring guards if they keep Grimes. I like how VJ fits with this backcourt.

Trading down to #6, we might have wound up with VJ anyway. If not, we could've had someone just about as good plus another FRP. Wish we could've traded down. Maybe we still will. He's wearing that hat, but we will see if it lasts until tomorrow.

Ace stood out. Rejected Daryl and Daryl caved.

I can only trick my mind to hope that this guy turns into jalen Williams

You have to face the facts. They didn’t want him. What in Daryl’s history tells you he caved? lol

Weeks of Daryl begging for a workout and meeting is a fact.

Trying to trade out of the pick several times after meeting with VJ the only guy that would workout with him is a fact.

Ace being better than VJ is a fact

Fears, Poole and Dejounte on the same team feels off. I guess they'll probably bring him along slow.

Edit before submitting: DIdn't realize Murray did his Achilles. WTF is going on with all these Achilles ruptures?
