I dont agree if you think Fultz is a negative player. But I think he needs to play with more impact on court. Like grabbing boards and trying to get guys easy baskets in transition.

I think this needs to be talked about more. People can't gloss over this. It is summer league but this isn't good at all. That's why people just can't look at points. I hope Fultz isn't an empty scorer like Wiggins. You can see how much more impactful Ball has been than Fultz even when Ball was hot garbage in his first game.

Well, again, all of the starters were heavily negative and that's including in the game that he didn't play in and the rest of the last game as wel. 3 games playing mostly with the same 3-4 players because of his limited stints starting is very likely just a poorly constructed line-up. Which any line-up with Tarczewski in it is going to be.

I've said it before, I think Fultz will be a project like Ingram. I don't think he will be a winning basketball player for his first 1-2 years. He will be 19 for the entirety of his rookie season. I'll be worried if he has a horrible +/- in next year's summer league.

Why not just use the regular season? Plus/minus for what is literally 62 minutes or maybe a few games next season is laughable, too many factors that each alone could affect it.

I'm not even using SL. I said I think he'll be a project since before the draft. His defense is a serious issue that I don't think he will fix in 3 months before the season begins.

Does have to improve defense but in SL it only seemed to be a glaring issue against Exum. Against Demetrius Jackson for the Celtics it wasn't and last night it wasn't either in the limited minutes that he played (TLC's defense was atrocious against McCaw tho).

Idk, I think things are being made bigger deals of than they are, which similarly to your opinion is what I thought before the draft as well. We'll see, luckily he'll be playing in preseason.

Are people actually worried he is a net negative player??? My god this fan base come on guys.. his game will translate right away positively cuz he can get to the baasket and hit the open 3

In the season hes not going to be the man.. hes going to have simmons running the show and embiid as the main option.. his job wil be hitting the open shot and attacking when kicked too.

I do agree his D needs to become serviceable but its no where near as bad as lonzos not even their matadore D

Great reporting by Ramona Shelborne of ESPN indicating the high ankle sprain.

Maybe Fultz wouldn't be so negative if his teammates could finish his assists.

KAT had a 13.58 per with 0.23 winshares during summer league . We can settle down a bit on the metrics here

Need 76ciology to clip those beautiful passes he made to wide open teammates only to have them miss from last night.

Im convinced fultz has mutant healing factor. i saw a potential horrific injury where his center landed on the back of fultz's ankle while he was laying on the ground. I thought he broke his ankle or tore his achilles, couldnt put weight on it and he was carried into the locker room. it looked like a horrific injury.

he played the next game

+ - stat is garbage
I've seen Markelle play and he and Tatum are gonna be studs (this is coming from a Cs fan)
Him and Tatum will look even better in the NBA due to better spacing as well
Bet with Stillwater Celtics will finish 6th or higher in ECF Standings Regular Season(17-18). [WON]

Well, he did miss a large chunk of his season at UW.
