If you can’t have a career best year with Doc, there’s something wrong with you. Or maybe its just a back injury

Shake Milton’s last 5 games:

27 PTS, 6 REB, 2 AST, 66% FG
16 PTS, 6 REB, 5 AST, 50% FG
22 PTS, 7 REB, 9 AST, 56% FG
24 PTS, 9 REB, 10 AST, 54% FG
29 PTS, 5 REB, 7 AST, 77% FG

These are all star numbers. Not sure how sustainable it would be over a full season as a starter, but I'm also not sure what else we can ask of him. We're winning games too. Not bad at all, talk about a redemption run for him. He's on one.

We need to share the ball and hunt for easy shots because scoring is easy.

7 guys in the league averaging 30 a game.

Exactly, no reason why he can't remain an integral part of the offense once the main guys get healthy.

That's great, but when Maxey and Harden come back we don't need to go on some Shake Milton victory tour.

I love how Shake is playing but i would still trade him if the opportunity comes.

Right now he's on an expiring super-friendly contract, which he possibly wants to be upgraded.

I don't see how we retain him after this season and i preffer to get something for it, instead of letting him walk.

Love the Shake renaissance. He has been a favorite of mine since the beginning and was concerned that he mentally checked out the last two seasons.

It's not surprising that he's putting up big numbers again, but I don't think he'll be able to sustain big contributions when he comes off the bench again. I feel like he needs the ball in his hands a lot but he's not good enough to be that guy. Hoping he proves me wrong.

If Shake boosts his trade value, we might have no choice but to trade him if a wing becomes available. We have strength and depth at every position except SF which, unfortunately, is the most important position in the modern NBA lol.

Given Shake’s size, length, and skill, he might need to slot in as our starting 3 and we move PJ to the bench. I think it’s pretty clear that consistently playing 3 guards will be our best move.
