Wheres Henderson ?
Also I would let Nik handle the second unit and let TJ sit at the end of bench.

Sergio/Hendo/Roco/Jah/Biid
Sauce/Hollis/Saric/Ersan/Holmes

lol yeah i forgot Hendo. but i was also thinking that our starting unit would need more shooting with Jah on, an RoCo so cold. heck, i might even start saric at the three over roco at this point.

..considering no bayless and Simmons

Per half:
(1st 6 mins)TJ/Nik/RoCo/Jah/Biid

-Biid plays mostly as a spacer where he is an elite shooter with Okafor breaking down defense against opposing PFs off drives.
- think how we were able to get early leads on team off Jah/Noel in 2014-2015
- start big and slow like most teams
- Simmons replaces RoCo when healthy

(2nd 6 mins)Sergio/Hendo/RoCo or Hollis/Saric/Okafor
- think wizards game
- defensive wings and positive offensive players in Saric/Sergio to compliment Okafor

(3rd 6 mins)TJ/Nik/Hollis/ilyasova/Holmes or Noel
- play fast. Heavy rim protection and high volume 3pt rate
-think upset victories during 2013-2014 sixers seasons
-TJ play Ish's role while Ilyasova play Mbah style defense)

(4th 6mins) Sergio/Hendo or Hollis/Roco/Saric/Biid
- deathball for now. Simmons replaces Sergio once he returns.

*3rd and 4th line-up are your extra gears to match opposing team. 3rd line-up's heavy 3pt game + 4th line-up's deathball. Allows u to finish strong on every half.

*dont focus too much on mins breakdown per line-up. Just theoretical value

Guys go hard at jah for any little mistake, Joel makes them too, and neither of them get to play together with our assortment of bums. KAT chewed both our bigs, also he did it as a 4 with gorgui as 5. Wish we could do that instead of euro trash at 4 that gets bullied

If we keep waiting and choosing youthful age instead real NBA players with the hope that they'll grow as we envision them to and still sign with us in their prime, we ain't going nowhere. We need a mix of the two, youth and veterans. Pick the youth that you want to keep (Embiid, Saric, Simmons, Noel, Stauskas) and everyone else can be NBA veterans that we can shuffle in and out every 2-3 years until the youth reaches their prime.

I would too, but I don't think Colangelo would do it. It would be received negatively by the casual fanbase, who don't know Avery Bradley is better than Okafor.

Kids a bummmmmmmmmmmmmmm....no moves, poor handle, just a baseline spotup player, that's bostons issue, outside IT, no offensive weapons, just mad 1 trick role players. Of course this board loves deficient guardS, look at the roco love on here

Avery Bradley is a bum? Ok. That's quote-worthy right there.

Avery Bradley is closer to a starter than Okafor ever will be in his life. Especially on a team with a primary distributor at a non-guard position.

Bumb for a Bumb. Equal trade. I'd rather have the bumb who plays defense and can shoot, for this team.

A shooting guard with no moves, yea that's great, boi got roasted last night. Low level shooting guard, he's part of why Boston will never advance, he's an undersized 2 with low offensive talent, defense? What him and ur lover Marcus smart did last night??????????

Lolz, Bradley can only shoot on the baseline. We need a true SG who can get his own buckets

That's the old Bradley, current Bradley is actually a decent shot creator. He improved his handles massively this off season, also a beast on the boards this year.

Well, after 11 games, Jah had big improvement in his DRPM. Now a +.89

What you post here is near incoherent (as usual) but you do basically speak the truth about Boston's problems on their roster. You're just not putting the proper valuation on these "1 trick role" players. The Celtics don't have a Centerpiece player for all of their role players to play off. They aren't "bumbs" as you say, they are all High level role players. But just because the players are High level role players and not Big name stars, that doesn't make them bumbs or any less valuable than our backup Center. He's not a star or Centerpiece either. Hopefully he can make himself into a valuable role player one day.

Why do we need the bolded? Between Simmons, Embiid, our likely top 5 pick next season, and possibly Okafor, we're likely to have enough ball dominant players that can create for themselves. Adding another just slows ball movement even more and takes usage away from the guys we already have.
jonjames is a signature bet welcher.

Well Jahlil improved from 61/61 in RPM to 54/65. I guess this is the improvement everyone was expecting when they said "he's only 19" and "just wait till he loses weight." Maybe next year he'll finally be better than Frank Kaminsky.

Yup, but how about the difference in his DRPM figures last season compared to this season?

kudos to Jah, who has kept his cool, making accommodation for the sake of the team. which can't be easy. last night, during the ers' best game of the season, he got only two clean shots set up for him, but rather than force the issue to get his, he kept the ball moving, made an effort on the defensive end (a work in progress), got some blocks, set some picks, and did nothing to disturb the rhythm that his squad dominated the Suns with. leave us not fail to appreciate a good attitude from someone used to being THE star on high school and college championship squads. the talent is there, and he'll get his chance (here or somewhere else). but his growth in maturity, from childish displays of frustration to solid team mate deserves a shout out.

Bledsoe roasted Okafor on PnR during 1st half

Jah adjusted on his PnR D during 2nd half and was more aggressive. He also made 2-3 good passes off attack+kickout.

He knows how to defend PnR, why does he still revert back into bad PnR D? anyway, good thing is he corrects his mistakes.
