Springer is gonna be a dribble-pass-shoot-defend guy at full development. Major upside. I know Sixers fans are tired of hearing this, but it's going to require patience with him.

Reed has serious strength issues. He should try to play like Jerami Grant. I think he can play defense as multipositional defender with good deflection numbers. He just need to be a good shooter

Springer’s got bag of moves from Jimmy. Even how he create space with hopsteps and using his legs.

I dont see the Fultz comparison except pulling up at alot of those spots Fultz like to pull up from.
