I'm not saying he'll be pedestrian or anything, but I imagine his days as a 10+ FTA per game player is likely over if the refs actually stick with enforcing this.

Harden never needed the refs to be great, he just spent so many years relying on them that it's going to take some getting used to. And he's going to have to avoid the frustration that comes with no longer being spoiled by the refs.

Remember how many seasons we were ready to give up on Jerami? His BBIQ looked hopeless when he was here, but at some point, the game slowed down for him and his physical attributes got to shine. Reed has a chance for that to happen, but it’ll be tough with limited playing time.
