right now Flagg looks like he is trying to do too much imo and is being miscast as a point guard for some reason, in a regular season game that won't be his role and he probably won't be getting all of the defensive focus either. (Does make you wonder about the White Kawhii hype tho..but he's also 18 still sooooo)

Kidd said he’s going to throw Cooper at PG early and often. Much like he did Giannis in Milw. So expect to see Cooper with the ball in his hands during regular season. They have the personnel to compliment him too.

thats exactly why Kidd got fired lol

They dont really have any guards right now. Id rather have Cooper play point than DLo til Kyrie is back  .

Can't move and undersized can be used to describe all the en-vogue Cs, including the best player in the League.

The Sixers have seen all there is to see from VJ until training camp.

How did Dom Barlow look? Nice statline of 19-9-3-2.

That Pels 2026 pick is going to be worth its weight in gold. Fears and Queen aren't ready and if they are forced into playing time that team is going to be a juicy lotto pick.

What made that Pels trade worse for me is that they didn’t even need Derik Queen, and it’s not like he’s some generational talent who can replace Zion.

Devin Carter is another guard who plays bigger than his size, 2 way, dribble-pass-shoot.

I hope we can watch The Generator vs The Generational match-up in our next game against the Mavs

Mike Schmitz: Hansen Yang
Jonathan Givony: Ace Bailey

One guy works for real NBA team, the other works for Disney

I'd obviously like to see VJ play just for the enjoyment of it, but I think the only real consequence of him not playing these games is that he's not getting more time with Bona. Same with McCain. The in game reps of tossing him lobs would be really valuable come the regular season since the second unit will be more up tempo. Not really a huge deal since they'll be training together anyway, but I'd love to see that synergy early.
