The true story of how it was found was through connections between the similarities of the tweet content to the blog reply content on the blog by that BMJ guy.

This guy tried to pretend he just happened to look up a poster that frequented raptor and 76ers boards. And that's how he connected the dots.

He read your OG twitter post linking this thread and replied, "Oh Man" to it, then read the forum and started re-posting everything like it was his own. Thats garbage.

At least Eric Jr. called him out on it in the comments of his "I have gained 100 followers in 2 hours" post.

I’m just glad zimpy doesn’t seem to care much beyond it being linked back to RealGM lol. Me personally, I don’t care about my own twitter, I don’t have much to say beyond what I post here and then to there, and that’s just Sixers echo chamber stuff, but I felt bad for zimpy not getting all the credit he deserved.

Nah it's all good, it would have been a bunch of people i never met and some tabloids asking for contact. I don't want anything to do with either. It's actually best it happened this way. The people I interact with (on here) know what went down. I'm just fascinated by the way this twitter guy just took it over like he thought of it, I don't even blame him, i think he genuinely believes he thought of it. It's like an episode of south park played out in real life, when jimmy made the fishsticks joke and Cartman genuinely believes he came up with it.




It's been an interesting delve into the mind of others all round really.

Just to add clarity:

Eric Jr. Had tweeted comments about the ban not being a Muslim ban which I took to mean that Eric Jr. Was more conservative.

The commenter on sixer sense made comparisons between hinkie and Trump which I interpreted as a more liberal commenter.

My interpretation could be wrong however.

I don't find odd that an italian person could support the muslim ban but still refuse Trump as a person.

kind of convinced me that just Eric Jr was the wife and the others were BC. Different writing styles, and it would make sense as Eric Jr was the only one trying to get that blog guy to marry her daughter and made the shirtless Embiid comment. But didn't the others match up to her phone number ending in 91? Someone help me get my facts straight..

This is all great entertainment but ultimately it's very clear that if it's not BC it's someone very close to him and he almost certainly had knowledge of it. Pretty tough to earn trust back after this especially with FA looming. Will be shocked if he's still our GM by the weekend.
