Gimme Butler or Beal for George.

Reminder to the Morey lovers out there, this was the plan that he wasted last year on....signing George.

Ah.. this really feels like 2019-2020 squad when Embiid is not happy with the team

Yeah, but that's 5 years ago, two meniscus tears, a broken eyeball, Bells Palsy, and a torn ligament in the thumb. I still had high hopes in 2020 because Jo was still relatively young.

Keeping cap space open would’ve been better

There is something morbidly funny about witnessing the process only to end up exactly where we started (overpaying a washed up star with knee issues).

I can’t stand watching Paul George play but then again I hate watching Tyrese Maxey play now too. I’m about fed up with the NBA.

I think I could handle watching these games, including losses, so long as PG wasn’t out there. He’s absolutely cooked and I just can’t bear it

I mean sure at the start of the year but by now you should have a grasp of how things will go right?

Team goes cold too often and thus will have nights like this

Everyone of our losses have been the other team getting hot and us not having enough firepower to keep up (often due to injury lol). Our big win came off of Martin going nuts from deep.....can't rely on that every night. You can generally tell if they have a shot to win it based off of who is hot or not....the moment it becomes a rock fight...we are doomed lol.

team has to figure out how to get guys easier NON THREE shots. Our offense is spray and pray too often lol

Glad I flipped this one half after those like 12 straight bricks in the mid 3rd. Too delicate for a game like this tonight.

A lot of that is true. But I think our biggest problem is the team is built around a certain somebody who doesn’t play. And then when he does play, he’s about 75% of what’s expected and exhibits loser energy.

Just plays about 50% out there coasting up and down the floor, puts no effort whatsoever into the game

We can keep on beating on PG, except we have Jojo not showing up to work in a game he could go for 50.

For everyone blaming Paul George, yes he isn’t playing great right now.

HOWEVER, his defense has been as advertised and he was brought here under the presumption that he’d be the THIRD banana. If you thought he was coming here to carry the team that’s your own fault. He is not that player.

That's apart of the missing firepower due to injury part.

IDK but if the plan was for him to sit out this often as they claim then they needed to have a better plan for it OR they are just stupid and are flying by the seat of their pants lol. They are running out of time, apparently the back to back stuff is going to end coming up so we will see

but yeah its over regardless...His body is cooked and he doesn't seem capable of altering his game. However, we are still "good" enough to beat up on the **** teams and many of the teams ahead or behind us will tank their hearts out soon...so we are still in that lying to yourself zone of a fluke run thanks to other teams getting Sixer'd up for once....to which I say...uh good luck lol.

They used their last bullet on PG and the olds...and with Biid's declining body he can't make up for it not working out like he has in the past. This was always a probable outcome sadly.... even my pessimistic ass didn't expect it tho as I at least thought PG would be a good shooter...but lol no.

Hey now I’m sure Joel will be out there against Washington giving 110% to hit his stats.

I’ve never felt so lied to by a stat but tracking data has the following:

Paul George generates 0.93 PPP on isos this year (vs 1.03 last season). That’s better than Joel (0.78) and Tyrese (0.84).

I like you guys so no hate here

When one of the world’s richest men who basically lucked into $100 billion & is a basketball tragic looks at PG’s potential contract and says “too rich for my blood” after paying him for years, Morey probably should’ve taken notice

Paul George has been Moreys biggest screw up to date, and it's a big one. A fireable offense for this blunder of a move. Can't believe how awful George actually looks out there.

Tobias Harris is living a very peaceful life right now
