it's satisfying to see the neutral fans come at Brunson for his flopping. now that everyone's favorite player to hate on Embiid is not in the playoffs, these other floppers can't hide

He was terrible last night. Almost robbed Detroit. I saw Thompson get hit with three BS calls due to Brunson flopping like an angry little man. Same can be Siad about Jokic who did it repeatedly against the Clippers last night. These are great players too. I just don't want to see it Embiid getting all the hate when every star in the league is doing it.

A consistently healthy Kawhi might have been the best player in the league in the last decade and a half. He's as pure as any player I've ever watched.

Because he probably told Harden to kick rocks when he said he “is the system”. Yea, you can run the team when Kawhi is injured, but all the possessions in the playoffs go through Kawhi, particularly in crunch time. Not to say he wasn’t giving the ball to Embiid when he was here, but Embiid isn’t as reliable of a playoff scorer as Kawhi, especially end of game scenarios. And Maxey didn’t/doesn’t have enough clout to take the ball out of Harden’s hands.

Would love nothing more than to see a Knicks loss.

Knicks loss is a Tobias Win.

Tobias always makes it to the second round.

I actually should hope for a Knicks win because they have more of a shot of beating the Celtics than the Pistons. Really don’t want a repeat of last year where the Celtics waltzed to the Finals.

Warriors-Lakers 2nd round matchup would be Silver's wet dream.

Pretty funny seeing Thibs beg for more calls for a foul grifter like Brunson.

He's busy devising ways to get the Lakers by the Thunder. If GS-LA is his wet dream, a BOS-LA final would be his ultimate happy ending.

No ****! Was thinking the same thing. You can tell Kawhi had to work his ass off to get back to the level he's playing at. He's dropped at least 10-15 pounds, but he looks like he's in phenomenal shape. I hope Embiid was watching him last night, and I hope it resonated with him. Maybe he'll be motivated.

I give Jokic a pass because players are handsy and play physical when guarding him and he rarely gets calls. but yeah, Brunson jerking his head back after every small contact was a tough watch. The Knicks getting bounced by Detroit in the first round followed by some lottery luck for us would make this season worth it for me lol

Hali talks a lot more **** than I realized and I love it. He seemed like a "nice guy" but he's got fire.

I feel like the Pacers fans' countdown during Giannis's FTAs has actually negatively impacted him.

An interesting take from Windy’s Hoop Collective is that the tinfoil hat crowd believes the NBA is salivating over a potential Lakers vs. Warriors matchup, Curry and Jimmy versus Luka and LeBron.

That’s not insider info nor tinfoil hat stuff. Windy just used common sense.

Wolves wasted a pick on Rob Dilingham.

Randle and Reid are weak alternative scoring options after Anthony Edwards.
