We could also play small first (Tobias-Tucker at PF&C) like what we use to run before we end the fourth.
Then end the game with Maxey-Melton-Harden-Reed-Biid. This five, in terms of size is kind of similar with Cavs and Warriors.
That will solve your transition issue and problems on defense.
Offensively, if you have problem with Harden, Biid and Maxey. Then maybe you should trade one of them.
