Despite all the rumors being about Dame, I'm sure Morey has a shortlist of players he's holding out for. My guess: Dame, Beal, Fox, Ingram, Shai, and Edwards. +/- LaVine.

Surely one of these dudes will be attainable by the deadline.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Barlow/Watford/Walker

I feel like all these trades are farcical at time. As long as he wont play and prove he isnt some kind of fraidy cat nutcase they have no chance at all of getting anyone like Lilliard or Beal or anything close to that I dont care how bad Lillard is playing. I dont believe they could get guys like McCollum or Brogdon plus draft capital at this point. I want this clown gone. I cant believe Im considering this trade but I would think long and hard about Simmons for Wiggins, Jordan Poole and draft capital. Say what you want about Wiggins but while nowhere close to a star he is a fairly decent NBA starter. Jordan Poole is a nice young combo guard that is on the come. It would make a deep Sixers team even deeper. They need to move past this clown if something like that is the best they can do in the next couple of months they should do it. Also, Im really not for holding Simmons for months and having this dumb situation possibly poison the team. Only way I wait until trade dead line is if he starts playing for us fairly soon.

After what Daryl Morey did to Royce White why would Simmons trust the 76ers doctors. Ben is right in refusing evaluations by the 76ers doctors.

Where do you get the idea that the Sixers want him to see their doctors? That is poor reading comprehension. They want high level updates so they can determine what progress markers have been made and an evaluation of the timeline to return. They are not asking for details of treatment or asking him to be evaluated by physicians of their choosing.

Some of y'all are really in a rush to trade Simmons for scraps.

That's exactly what he wants. **** Simmons. If there's no good trade to be had make his ass sit home or show up to work.

Enough with giving in to these players demanding **** after signing a long term contract.

Sixers should send him home

Pay him or not, makes no difference to me

Hold Morey accountable for the outcome

That’s how the real world works

Of course Morey is going to be held accountable for the outcome. Who's saying he's not? Why shouldn't the Sixers hold Simmons to the terms of his contract? Truly bizarre stance.

Bizarre, but consistently bizarre. No word of Simmons being held accountable. Really can’t wait till he is traded and takes his fanboys with him.

They want Simmons here to trade him & in the meantime, they have hit him with the biggest fines in the history of sport while leaking to the press which downgrades his value

It’s Mismanagement 101

Morey should have been sacked at the end of pre-season as he’s being played by other GMs & is a massive liability in this situation

So trade him

It’s not hard

Sixers fans: Get rid of him as he’s hopeless

Also Sixers fans: Not unless we get MVP in return

Totally deluded

The problem with you guys & Morey is that you’re too emotionally involved while the NBA is a massive business

Good business doesn’t involve emotions

This situation was untenable from the moment we lost against the Hawks

Simmons had to go at that point

He knew it, we knew it, the Sixers knew it, and most importantly, the NBA knew it

Him still being here is a massive failure of management

The fact that some of you expected him to turn up & act as if everything is normal just because he earns massive amounts of coin is nonsense

News flash: he earns the same amount wherever he goes and not only does he want to be elsewhere but the Sixers don’t want him here either

Jordan Poole and picks for Simmons would be a massive win at this point.

So you are saying “sack Morey”

I am down with that

His tennis lessons with Joel & media leaks are costing us 200k per week

Do it

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's bad business to trade Ben for trash that doesn't help the Sixers while the team that gets Ben flourishes. If the Sixers were to go into a rebuild then the point is moot, but competing for a title while accepting just any offer is simply bad business.

They want to trade him, have alienated him & made it virtually impossible for him to return

That’s seriously bad business

Get out of your feelings, it doesn't mix well with business and never has. He needs to man up, get back on the court and get paid.

Look at all that space!

Both Ben and Harris are at fault fwiw. This is the blueprint, both aren’t the right fit it’s easy to see.

Just upgrade the talent but same archetype and we are good to go. Double down on 3/4 bombers Niang + one more like him imo.

Now to the defense that’s why I like Murray here. How though he doesn’t fit? Well Murray can cover Curry’s deficiencies better than Thybulle/Ben can because they aren’t threats on offense. Can still play 4 out only Embiid inside, everyone else is going inside to go outside to get open and attack.

See Milton/Maxey? Murray would play like that but better.

Such simple but highly effective basketball being played.

Even CJ would love this sort of system.

Granted it’s the Bulls but their offense has a chink in the armour as it’s too many cooks that want to serve the dish. Yes they can score but offense to me is the whole kit and caboodle. They’ll just turn Vucevic into Bad Cavs K love lol

Synergy people!

This is exactly how I imagine Ben sees it, which is so inconsistent with reality it is mind boggling. I hope he has not surrounded himself with people who are only able to feel offended for him.
