Shams is the Klutch guy, too, right? He's the one who keeps talking about the Sixers while Woj (CAA) has nothing.

It's very suspicious is all I'm saying.

The one and only really reliable source, Marc Jackson's brother's friend's brother's brother is yet to chime in on what might actually be happening. I'll wait to hear from him.

Nick Nurse is repped by Klutch so it’s possible Shams just legitimately has some knowledge of the mood of our leadership group or we’re using him for messaging purposes.

I think the dream scenario is a world where we end up with both PG in free agency and Lauri via a three way with the Bulls and Jazz, where Collins and Clarkson go to Chicago and Lavine and an ungodly number of picks and swaps goes to Utah.

Maxey. PG13. Lauri. Embiid.

Juliaus doesn't have Defense but he can play 4 as a stretch and can play back up 5 and fills up scoring and rebounding. Embiid can cover him on defense. They might make each other's jobs easier ...

I like John Collins and Ingram combo as well it really could make our team interesting. As long as chemistry isn't an issue.

PG13 has clearly sent signals he's not very interested in coming to Philly. So moving on.

He's a big time rebounder, but he's also a headcase.

Prone to taking plays off and throwing mid-game fits if he doesn't receive the ball. Walking back on defense. Inconsistent motor. Awful, but willing shooter. Weak mental fortitude (imo). Huge playoff dropper.

Plays a bully ball style game so he gets to the line a lot and can make plays off the dribble and isn't the worst passer for a PF.

Would be way down on my list of targets unless we were receiving 2+ firsts to accommodate. And even then...

If we're opening up cap space for the Knicks to improve, or retain all of their guys then handsome compensation is a must.

OG at $35 million (with Lauri at $18) leaves us $7 million before Maxey is handled.

Leaves you 7 more million to throw at OG.

Woj looks like a nerd and Shams looks like a sleazy investment banker. Let's wait to hear what Windy says, because goddamitt, he looks like a reporter.

It's gotta be a deal in principle to trade for Jimmy Butler.

Morey and Riley probably reached an general agreement and that's why we're backing off Paul George.

Hopefully prior to the draft Philly gets Murray from Atlanta... Then has tons of funds left over to fill out the roster.

I agree with all of this. I will say that if you can grab him for the 16th pick, it’s worth considering. He’s Embiid’s age and needs to start making sacrifices to win it all. If he can be a 16-18 ppg guy and gets his rpg up to 12, then he’s a very good offensive option for us. The cap flexibility to get another high end starter makes us a formidable team in the East.

He'll go to Boston just to be a thorn in our side for the next few seasons.

I saw Quickley was an RFA. Doesn't really add to our need for some size, but he could start here immediately. More of a playmaker in the half court than Maxey. Solid POA defender and an elite shooter. He's someone I'd move 16 for, but Toronto would probably be looking for more, and who knows what he's trying to get in FA.
