Everything is in flux there so Giannis can hand pick a coach he likes, they have some space, so they can be active in FA. They have Herb and Trey locked up on decent deals. McCollum is a Giannis type guard even though he’s over the hill. Would be huge for his legacy to bring a championship to the Hornets who have never won one.

Bucks get Zion as an MVP upside reclamation project while restocking the draft asset cabinet.

Or Giannis can just go to OKC and win 5+ championships with them. They have the picks alone to be the most competitive team in trade scenarios.

Or the Spurs?

Giannis-Wemby. “Who gonna stop us?”

Crystal Ball?

Pretty funny fit, the PF and C are the PG and SG.

The Twitter PR campaign being anointed the GOAT that LeCorn has received the last 5 years is pretty funny considering he's had the most abysmal postseason resume since 2019 and no LeMickey trophy salvages it.

Add another embarrassing result even after being gifted a top 3 sidekick.

Yet the only discussion I've seen in the lapdog national media is how they are a player or two away from championship contention in 2026.

If CLE gets smoked by Boston, I could see a deal where LeBron gets traded back there for one last run, while conveniently giving Luka the help he needs in LA.

I don't think LeCorn has any concern about winning at this point. He's won his 3.5 trophies and is now just stat-padding muh records by playing for a quarter century.

Don't get me wrong, the longevity as an athlete is impressive but legacy wise who gives a **** if your winning is on par with the 2018-2024 Sixers.

If there’s ever a case for building around a top-heavy roster instead of a deep top 5 or top 6 rotation, this is it, and I think the same logic applies to the Thunder.

The new CBA was designed to prevent teams from holding onto their winning cores for too long. Ideally, the league wants constant roster turnover, new contenders every year, new champions, fresh narratives, to keep things exciting and unpredictable.

If Boston gets smoked by Cle, I could see Bos to make a big trade involving Jaylen Brown and picks.

I could see that even if they win another title.

They could decide to keep some of their other guys. The only guy guaranteed not to get dealt is Tatum.

Regardless, there is an extremely high chance they will be dropping out of the 2nd apron.

Makes sense. Celtics ownership paid everyone when they knew they were selling. Now the new ownership is stuck with the bill and don't want to pay it lol

This year’s playoffs is mostly dominated by guard and wing alphas, with plenty of scoring duels between perimeter players. Bigs are mostly playing supporting roles, providing extra possessions and limiting high % shots in the paint.

That’s what the league wants. Every playoff game being remembered by an iconic offensive possession(s).

Powell is a very good third option. Efficient scorer/shooter, plays defense and doesn’t need the ball. If you need shot creation then there’s Zubac who can step in. And if you need some playmaking? Bogdanovic is there off the bench.

Clips got Bogdanovic, Derrick Jones Jr. and Batum off the bench. Those 3 are solid.

Clips got 2 guys starting who should play off the bench in Dunn and Powell. Then they got 3 guys on the bench who can start. Clips also can play big or small. They’re closing the game against Jokic, without Zubac.

This team has versatility, experience and IQ for them to throw different cards and looks to their opponent.

Harden with 47 minutes last night lmao. He still has a lot left in the tank. It’s a shame our team looked to him to be the adult in the room when that needed to be Embiid. Now I’m sure Kawhi tells him to stfu and let him run the show.

he also scored like 5 points in the second half and it came after a stinker in game 5.

not going to crown him until he proves the playoff demons are behind him.

(still better than PG's own recent demons tho lol)

Harden has had some brutal playoff moments (unfortunately usually at the worst times), but his reputation as a playoff 'choker' is somewhat overblown. Kind of a backhanded compliment, but I'll take Harden in the playoffs over Embiid or George in a heartbeat. He had the mighty Warriors on the ropes carrying that Houston team, and put up 42 and 45 against the Celtics without Embiid in two incredible games before falling off the cliff. It's just that handful of big games are all anyone focuses on.
