Money works according to tradenba/fanspo. Otherwise we could get really close to that mark with Larry Nance included

Portland massively upgrades their defense and fit.
Dame Powell Tobias Ben Nurk

For us, we swap Tobias for CJ which alleviates much of the fit with Embiid, plus shed a year of the Tobias contract. And who wouldn’t want to bring back Roco. Roco + Matisse + DG + Embiid would be a menace defensively. Also a subtle homecoming with CJ and Lehigh.
Maxey CJ Matisse Roco Embiid

Perhaps we could squeeze out a pick / prospect as well from Portland

Nance cannot be dealt again for awhile. This trade works right now though:

Harris and Simmons to POR for McCollum, Covington, Nassir Little, and Derrick Jones Jr.

Don’t love it but would live with it.

Also would go to show how much **** some of these Twitter guys are full of. Because remember, Simmons “doesn’t want to go to Portland”.

Kings:
Ben Simmons
Tobias Harris

Hornets:
Marvin Bagley
Terrence Davis

Sixers:
Terry Rozier
Buddy Hield
Harrison Barnes
Kings 2022 first round pick
Kings 2023 pick swap option
Kings 2024 pick swap option
Kings 2025 first round pick

Why for the Kings:
They’ll try to make a playoff push, but i dont think they will be better. Because Ben and Tobi would neither move the needle on their defense and offense (after they traded around 30pts combined per night).

Why for the Hornets:
Bagley gives them a young big to build around Lamelo and Bouknight

Why for the Sixers:
A step back on defense, huge upgrade on offense and huge upgrade on paper assets. Also much better salary situation after the deal.

Next season = atleast a 2nd round exit team
After next season = possibly land a star via draft or using cap space freed up.

Thanks! Still don't get how that means Richard Jefferson is saying that.

Is it just me or was it.. too silent.. then suddenly.. dame said he’s staying with blazers FOR NOW, then Blazers did the Nance deal then there’s the news of Ben not reporting to camp.

Its as if Ben to Blazers were in talks for a long time then it broke down then all these are happening

Rozier can’t be traded for some time as he’s just signed an extension

We are in no possible humanly way trading Tobias Harris WITH Ben Simmons. It's simply not going to happen and suggesting that it could or will is the equivalent of a 15 year old making trades on NBA 2K. It's just not a possibility and I wish those scenarios would quit popping up. NOT that I wouldn't be opposed to trading Harris or that we couldn't, but combining the two together in a trade has less likelihood then a blizzard in Phoenix Arizona in July.

Sadly, I agree. He appears to be seen here as a leader and a fundamental piece, and he's a positive 'community' guy.

Oh, and he reads a lot of books.

But damn, I'd love to see him moved for a scoring guard (CJ or Sexton).

I mean this sound fine and dandy but Morey would probably trade him in a beat if he could.

His contract is too big and has too many years in it for teams to pull the trigger, unless you send him to something like an OKC gulag, but that type of trade doesn't work for us either.... we're not getting anything of value for Tobias right now.

And if we can't trade Ben right now i don't see why people keep adding Tobias into it.

I was only saying what appears to be the franchise position on Harris, not my viewpoint.

I don't disagree that his contract probably makes him untradeable, but I'm not sure the organization even sees him as anything but a building block here, and most likely isn't shopping him.
