All I said was I hope he's out for the year. Just because Boston deserves that poo. And so does their fan base. Probably is out for the year anyway...so it wasn't exactly a stretch.

Y'all some sawfties up here.

Don't do this. You wouldn't condone Boston fans celebrating an Embiid injury and we won't do the opposite.

How often are you on Boston's board? Or the GB? I pretty much seen a lot of high fives and ''I told you so'' comments whenever one of our guys went down.

Sawfties? No wonder we have president jackass running this country, empathy isn’t a weakness, it’s a normal emotion......

Now if that was Aikman or Romo, I might agree.

It's amazing how much more I like Crowder in red than green.

Well it kinda reminds me of people laughing at Romo getting hurt, but when Rodgers gets hurt with the same injury everyone is sooo sad. Irvin went down with a career ending injury in Eagles stadium, Eagles fans cheered.

Guess it depends on prospective, no injuries should be celebrated, bet none of the athletes do it cause it could happen to them also. No injuries should be cheered, by anyone.

I like him as a player, but he's behaving kind of emboldened and douchey out there. I don't like that look for him.

Very sad injury for GH, wish him a speedy recovery.

Kyrie is getting absolutely exposed in this game. They're humiliating him on defense with switches, and his confidence looks shaken. I expect by about a quarter-way through the season he'll be really regretting his trade request. -12 plus-minus in the first half.

lol stop. I hate the Celtics more than anyone, but Gordon Hayward didn't do anything wrong. No need to cheer his injury, it's not right.

And you don't need to ish ill will on the Celtics, they'll find a way to lose and choke like they always do without the ill will. No matter who is on the roster. If you don't like them just bide your time until they choke and then rag on them.

Unless they cheat of course, which is how their city ever "wins" anything. They adopted cheating like a religion out there.

It's clear that he is celebrating Boston's demise rather than Gordon's injury. I think we could use a little chest beating after enduring The Process.

My rule about cheering or not cheering injuries:

Never do it, with one exception. If a woman beater or real life human POS(like a Greg Hardy) or a really dirty player who tries to injure other players gets hurt, then you can cheer their injuries. Because they are pieces of sh** and deserve bad stuff to happen to them. But everyone else, nah.

Kyrie still shouldn't have tried to throw an alley-op to Hayward. Noway was he going to finish that play, especially with that bad of pass.

Maybe he was watching too much of Ball and Simmons, so he thought he was actually a good passer. That was a horrible, horrible pass. Irving should feel horrible.

No, we don't need to do that at the expense of Gordon Hayward snapping his ankle in half.

Of course not, that is terrible. But this hurts the Celtics and potentially helps my Sixers, and for that I am happy.

The justifications for cheering something like this are crazy. Thats a human being. Dude might have had his career completely altered.

Thankfully I didn’t see it as I am a major wuss when it comes to that stuff, but I feel horrible for him and for Celtics fans. This is a disaster.

Absolutely hate these catastrophic injuries to any player and to any fan base no matter what rivalry there is.

With our team's injury history, wouldn't a post like this about our player's seem unacceptable? A post like that would get me angry and it likely would get you angry as well - as it should.
Also, I understand it may not be perceived it was meant, but it seemed bad. Just refrain from posts like it in the future.

My philosophy is with teams I hate I want to face them at their best. Their fan bases won't be able to make any excuses when we kick their asses, and it makes the win feel all the sweeter beating a team at full strength. I don't care if the injury "helps" the Sixers.

I wanted to kick that loser team in the V on Friday and then gloat on here all night about it and troll Celtics fans. Now it won't feel nearly as good.

from an actual basketball standpoint, Boston will learn if their young wings have it or not. Trial by fire fo sho.

Its a bit unfair on Tatum play all these minutes, getting exposed understandably in his first game. Obviously Hayward out affects the Celtics rotation.
