UF going on one of their trademark droughts in the mid second half. Jordan Adams and Kyle Anderson get a nice rest and still only down 3.

Depending on his work ethic in the offseason, he could be a 20 ppg scorer next year for UCLA. Make himself a lot of money.

I know your a big Anderson guy....his impact on the game is undeniable, but I do question his athletic ability in the nba, he's listed at 233 lbs.....think if he could lose some weight he could improve his quickness a bit?

It's not about losing or gaining weight; he needs good weight (strength). He also needs to work on agility, obviously. Everything else about his game is pretty damn impressive.

UF is too good. It's a shame that this will be their hardest game until they play against, presumably, Michigan St. Such a cake walk. Too bad Embiid had to sit that Stanford game. KU would have won that game pretty easily.

The thing people have to remember about Aaron Gordon and his development is he is still 18 and will be for another 6 months. Once he fills out, works on his shot and understands he's a 4 he will be a very good pro.

Agreed. While I want the top pick BAD, I'm not as uneasy as some years prior assuming majority of these kids declare.

If you tell me,our worst case scenario is getting Exum,Randle,Vonleh or Gordon I'm not that upset.

Obviously, wiggins Parker and Embiid are the top guys, but all the above mentioned prospects have considerable upside, and if developed properly could become the best player in the draft.

Couple guys I like from the games tonight (and have liked for a while now:

Xavier Thames, Patric Young, Josh Davis. Frank Kaminsky is great on Wisconsin too.

LaVine is an example of a kid who should stay in school, but if he comes out and you can grab him late first, early second and understand not to expect immediate results and you wait a few years you may have something. I mean he might not even get any minutes next year, but in the long run it could be worth it.

Aaron Gordon gets an assignment at halftime to shut down the teams best/hottest player.....he holds the kid scoreless in the 2nd half.

Would love to get into the top 7 via trade, but it's def a longshot.

He would be quickly and firmly placed in the NBDL. He's not big enough nor has had the keys handed to him on a big enough stage to be expected to do anything.

That said, he's displayed incredible athleticism and a pretty decent looking jumper. Someone would take him in the mid to late first round. Maybe even a team would grab him late lottery. All you need is one team to like him.

Agree on Lavine.

Factor in his strengths(athleticism,shooting) in a workout/combine setting and pair it with his age and "potential". He's def a 1st rounder with lottery upside.
