Because Dan Burke is running a defensive scheme where they want to funnel everything to Embiid, kind of what Pacers did with Roy Hibbert back then.

I have a feeling Doc Rivers see Niang as a switchable defender and a guy who can shoot 3s like Tucker with worse defense but better shooting

Bench is still kinda sucky. Niang is playing better this year though. Some of the fouls called on him are not fouls. My fear is tucker being washed. That was a tough signing. Just praying he is a positive in the post season.

If doc think the guy with the slowest feets on the league is switchable he's more of a fool than what i previously thought
