Ah welcome to Nurse experience. He doesn't tolerate a lot of mistakes. He keeps many guys on short leashes (except his favorites). I think his coaching style in NBA has been defined by his first year where he had a veteran high BBIQ team who easily grasped his concepts and adapted to anything he threw out there. But such teams are a rarity.
