Wrong about Maxey, right about that last thing.

Maxey getting swole isn't an issue people. I've been saying it the entire off-season beginning last playoffs. He struggles shooting off the dribble, elite shooting it off the catch. Without George or Joel ..... He ain't going to get the opportunity to catch and shoot.

Also regarding that foolish comment about Quickly vs Maxey.... Is that Maxey still would've been a star playing with Brunson and Randle with his shooting and movement off ball. So much so that they probably would have never even paid to bring Brunson there

Gordon looks old out there, he gets his shot blocked alot.
I have and it's worth it. Wish we had a new arena though.

I was just kidding. But the mere fact that its being taken seriously just shows that it might have some truth to it.

the sad reality is that too often this front office works in a reality where everything works out when that has never been the case lol.

Eric Gordon would be fine next to PG and Biid...all he'd have to do is just spot up right?...Biid is on "da Plan" and PG is 35 years old....it was stupid as **** to not plan for the inevitable time where both would miss time.

Should have spent that money on younger guys with some shot creation or playmaking juice which is what the better FOs do. They constantly find "gems" whereas we garbage dive for washed up has beens and hope they can veteran leadership their way past simply not having it anymore. Then Biid gets his yearly injury and we are going "well **** wait till he comes back yo"

"The Plan" is to do a Kawhii Raptors thingy...that misses the point that that team was at least ok without him and generally full of iron men..Kawhii simply elevated that roster with his nuts play that run. THATS what we should have aimed for...as of right now too many guys need Biid to even exist and thus you get this....hopefully PG gets us to that level but again he's 35.

Just poor planning imo

Kyle Neubeck is worried that the thumb might be a bigger concern.

Im trying not to over-react because we are missing so much but so were the Raptors. Andre Drummond what a disgraceful effort. We got outrebounded 54-28. So much for the greatest rebounder of all time. Honestly considering Poetl doesnt move from under the basket I was expecting 20 rebounds from Drummond. He just has to be smarter then picking up all those fouls in so short a time. Why can't we give McCain and Council some real run.

That's why there's a rule saying change the font color if nonsense is to be spewed jokingly. Plus, people need to stop talking ish about Maxey. I watch Steph daily due to location... Which is why I compare the 2. Steph sucks too when he can't play off of his regular guys when they miss time and he needs to handle more. That's life of a movement shooter.

Fultz still out there

I kept saying it until they got Reggie and I knew it was over. Getting a 3rd guard like Dennis Smith Jr or Fultz... That maybe can't shoot well, probably wouldn't play all the time except defensively in certain situations. But a guy can get to spots to playmake for Maxey and others like Oubre and Drummond if the other stars were out.... But where they'll really be needed is to bring some energy to the ball if Maxey misses time for Joel and PG.

But would've also loved to see more of what McCain has in a game like this

And Lebron is like 40, it's just a number showing wisdom. This is not football you get tackled on almost every play. Besides, it's why we drafted a kid named Jared McCain instead of old man Knecht for some fresh young blood to appease you.

https://youtu.be/aKFdmMJZKd0?si=ddNE8R_msOdYSDLL

We have the right balance of aged wisdom and young turks to make us go. Our depth is probably the best in the past decade with so many scoring double digits early in the season. This is a serious contending team that will make noise as long as Joel can stay healthy.

No chance cause we are NOT a lottery team unless 2 of our BIG 3 are out for most of the season. I am thinking the Spurs will tank to land Cooper Flagg which should make them serious contenders going forward. That is NOT something we can afford to do cause those days are long gone, which is to tank. PG replacing Tobias is pure gold and still surprise LAC let's him walk for free. He is like a Lebron shadow copy when his game is on.

If we do not make the playoffs this season, I will be shocked! On the flipside, I be shocked if LAC makes the playoffs without PG13 as they have a better chance landing Cooper Flagg.

Ok so let's give Maxey some time off and get PG and Embiid in there.

In a stupor for Cooper?

Listen, they can just give all three of these guys the entire year off. Then they maybe can be ready to go for 25-26. Frankly, the idea that the Bobcats took the worst record title is unacceptable and it's time to reclaim our record.*

We don’t have a team where Jo and PG can rest like Morey wants them too. If they don’t play 55-60 games this is a play in team at best.

I think McCain should be getting more minutes. NN is unfortunately the same as Doc Rivers in this regard.

Trying to pump his value is going to be tough with his lack of athleticism. Rather hide him on the bench and have some teams evaluate him based on his Duke tape still.

Well just have to deal with hot & cold streaks for Maxey - it’s true for all shooters. He’ll have some 10 game stretch this year where he shoots 60% from 3 & it’ll all be fine.

I think it's time to point the finger at Nurse a little bit more. Even without Embiid and PG, they should beat the Raptors and play better than they have through two games. This roster top to bottom is better this year than last.

Thibodeau outcoached Nurse in the playoffs last season and Thibodeau has never been known as an elite tactician. That was Nurse's thing. During that series I remember thinking I expected the Sixers to scheme up more answers than they did, like you always see Spoelstra do, and Spoelstra has always done it with lesser talent. We are getting none of that from Nurse right now.

He's been highly disappointing.

NBA scouts arent dumb. He doesnt have real value until he plays and shows something.
