I just don't see how Simmons fits with this team unless we make some trades. He's 6'10 and he can't shoot. He's shooting 33 percent outside the paint. He doesn't even have much of a mid range game. I just hope we don't get the Lakers pick this year as this draft is weak. Ingrahm is probably the best fit, but he's 2 years away from being strong enough unless maybe if he can shoot nba 3 pointers and plays the 2.

We have drafted 3 centres with our high lottery picks, trades will have to be made regardless of our 2016 pick. Sure a 3 like Ingram would be great but he is a fair way behind Simmons currently, so wouldn't think twice about drafting a 4.

Ive been calling him Otto Porter ALOT, but tonight I've been impressed.

certainly intriguing prospect if we end up with 2-3.

He is longer, more athletic, and a better shooter than Porter.

I think he clearly has star upside.
He is a distant second for me from Simmons, but that is only because Simmons is so good. I think that Ingram is the kind of player that would go in the top 3 in most drafts.

Again.

There is no such thing as fit for our team right now.

He is the best prospect, by a wide margin, and that is all that matters.

He and Embiid would be a sick 1-2 punch, and we could rearrange the rest of the roster later to balance it.

Everyone on the roster can get moved, for all I care. Ben Simmons is a superstar.

Pretty interesting write up on on ESPN today on the top 10 college players who should be taking the last shot:

http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/109742/top10thursday-players-who-should-take-the-last-shot

The #1 name on that list Denzel Valentine, needs to become a SIxer this offseason.

yeah Simmons is good enough to dictate moves being made...because he is easy to build around..even with his **** jumper. He fits the Neo-NBA to a T as a stretch four (which is more than just shooting btw) but also the smallball 5. And while we need shooters, we also need guys who can create....Simmons is pretty dang good at that, no?

he HAS to become a better shooter no doubt but we are not in the position to pass on his talent because of that. Brett has helped Jah become a solid FT shooter so the ideal is that he can help Simmons become a solid shooter. Noel, MCW, and Grant aren't successes but I also think they all came from a worse base.

we get number one, you don't get cute...you take Simmons and then make trades. Period.

Would anyone take Skal or Bender over Dunn or Valentine?

I hear Bender isn't playing much and the little time he does play he doesn't look good. Since I have t seen Bender and hear less than stellar things I would have to say no right now taking him over Dunn.

I'm not high on Skal but I need to see more. At this time I wouldn't take him over Dunn either.

Valentine is not a top 6 player in the draft at this time to me so I really don't know where to slot him just yet. I need more tape on him.

I like but don't love Dunn.

None of those projects really wow me but I feel best about Dunn.

I don't care if the 76ers had 20 PFs on their team, if Ben Simmons is by far the best prospect and you have the #1 pick you TAKE HIM. ALWAYS BPA when rebuilding.

Of that bunch Id probably take Dunn. I LOVE Valentine, but don't think you can use a top 5 pick on him.

In a perfect scenario (outside of landing Simmons), We'd land both Dunn and Valentine.

I don't see Skal/Bender being any better than any of the bigs we have in place, no sense adding even more murkiness to our already crowded front court situation.

I don't think that any of those guys has separated themselves from the others, and they are all terrific prospects. If I had to choose today I would probably take Dunn, but I really hope that the lottery gods give as Simmons or Ingram. Dunn with the Lakers pick would be awesome.

Denzel Valentine needs to be a Sixer.

Ingram and Murray will be Nba allstars for sure. I want Sixers to get them both without getting rid of Okafor and Embiid.

Simmons has been very impressive. His shot will improve with reps, and every other aspect of his game is elite...what's the worst case scenario for him (other than the Sixers don't get him)?

Ingrams body is Simmons shot...desperately needs to get bigger for the NBA. Fortunately for both, fine tuning a shot and adding mass are reasonable expectations.

Murray needs to show me more. I like him but he hasn't wowed me yet. He doesn't have much quickness. He doesn't even play PG much for Kentucky. I am not sure he's a natural PG. if he's a SG he's only about 6'3 which isn't that tall. Right now I would take Dunn over Murray if I had a choice and I'm not wowed by Dunn either but he seems a little quicker and a better defender.

Dunn does nothing for me, can't shoot and a turnover machine who gets a lot of steals, if I wanted that we could have just kept MCW. I was on the Dunn bandwagon a bit last year, but his shot is shot.

The PG I want in this draft is a guy I loved watching last year...Demetrius Jackson. Intense, stong, athletic, can shoot and defend. Not the tall PG, but a very solid 6'1" with a nice wingspan. Reminds me of a bigger Kyle Lowry.

Simmons and Ingram look like the top of the draft, Murray I am hopeful for, but not sure about. Skal looks role playerish for now.
