If I'm Josh Harris or Morey (or whoever the GM is next season), I would give Embiid an ultimatum: either change your game to anchor the defense and rebounding or you're gone.

If he refuses, trade him. Sadly, like Simmons he's had too many enablers surrounding him during his time here and thus may already be too far gone.

Maxey is a tiny shooting guard with great energy. That's it. He's a sixth man of the year, not a franchise player. Trade him while he is seriously overrated.

I don't even know what to type. Start the process over. Man, Elton Brand had Jimmy Butler and let him walk. If you just run back that team you probably win a championship the next season. That's a move that is going to go down in the same light as the the Barkley and Brad Dougherty trades.
