It was his offer, and at the bottom of page 56 he'd said the offer stands. I was the one who needed to confirm, and I did that in the bit you quoted. If you're more comfortable waiting for him to confirm as well, though, I can do that. Just wanted to be sure, is all.

With their third round selection The Phoenix Suns select PF/C Ryan Anderson

Seems like an odd choice considering I have Favors already playing the power forward spot but I plan to use the two of them in the frontcourt quite a bit. I have a plan in place and hopefully it works out in the eyes of the judges but hell yeah give me Ryan Anderson! Glad he was here to be taken! Wanted Bargnani but happy with Ryno in Phoenix. He can stretch the D and will allow Favors full use of the paint offensively. Anderson is also an underrated rebounder.
