Where are you getting that? That spreadsheet says he's nearly first team as a forward
Don't see his name at all on the second picture. But it looks to be just guards. What spreadsheet are you talking about?

I mean, Joel aside, not one vote for Curry, Giannis, Doncic, etc.

Jokic is damn good, should win, but he's not having a historic year like when Steph was unanimous.

Who would you give your first place vote to?

Jokic, but there is a vibrant history of nba reporters voting for the wrong person.

Jokic.

:dontknow: Don't see what the problem is then. Your issue seems to be that not enough voters would vote for the wrong person.

Yes, that is correct. And I’ll feel this way until the media stops hyping unanimous winners.

Awesome ESPN piece on Embiid, and his dominance this year, as well as his signature shots!

Feels weird that he won't win MVP after what we've witnessed during these playoffs.

When they announce the mvp? I know it's a regular season award but if Jokic loses in the first round and Embiid goes to the east finals maybe he still can win it?

It's almost certain Jokic will win it but our bigman is better than him( he's still a great player altough).

I would like it to be before Conf Finals. Joel would be on a mission.

Joel has unquestionably in my mind been the best player in the NBA this season.

Would be nice to finally see that play out in the playoffs for him.

Jokic is white, out of shape, and has been sacrificing defense for flashy offense all year, the media and average fans love this kind of crap

I don't think he has been sacrificing defense, he is just a mediocre defender. But offensively he is an absolute beast. Just look at the Nuggets roster after Murray and Barton got injured, Austin Rivers might be the second-best offensive player after Jokic lol. And they are still 2-2 in a series against the Blazers.

Let’s make this easy. Suppose, for the rest of the playoffs, the Sixers could keep Joel, or trade him for any other player in the league. Would you keep him? If not, who would you trade him for?
