Any Sixers fans willing to reconsider trading Embiid and starting over? I got a lot of push back over a week ago.

He's a superstar. You don't trade them unless they ask out. I personally don't see Embiid as the problem. The main problem I see is that we don't have a closer on this team that can take over a game. Harden was supposed to provide that, Maxey is a scorer, but not in that sense. We have issues to fix and some hard decisions to make this summer. I don't know if trading Embiid is the right call, but it could happen I guess.

I mean, at the very least, Doc Rivers needs to go. This team needs someone who can get creative with the offense. Embiid gets the ball is some seriously bad spots and there is just too much standing around.

Maxey is the only guy that could get you a "closer". At this point, it might make sense to just tear the whole thing down.

Lol, you wanted to fire him for not getting Harden the first time, now that he got Harden he's bad because he got Harden.

People complain about Morey but he was able to put great casting around Joel and Harden and he drafted Maxey.

At the end of the day the team has to be responsible

The Harden trade didn't work out, he's supposed to know more than a message board poster. His free agent signings have been terrible, his trades haven't gotten the Sixers over the hump. He was brought here to do that. He hasn't. Sports is a results oriented entity.

I'd love to hear one argument for why he should keep his job. The Sixers accomplished just as much with Elton Brand. Elton Brand's best trade was better than Morey's. So why should Brand have lost his job but not Morey?

It's actually incredible how bad Harden has been after the beginning of this series. He had the ability to rewrite his playoff legacy and even had a pretty easy path to the Finals with a good shot to win it all if he played reasonably well in the other three games. He 1000% has no business coming back here with how poorly he's played, particularly in the past two games.
