Upgrade on Petrusev or Deandre Jordan/Dwayne Dedmon as our third center/second seven footer, that is about it.

Nurse shouting for a tall, athlete in the background and Morey handing him Bamba. Like Beverly I don’t hate the signing in the proper context, but doesn’t alleviate the serious need for some wing talent.

We're not realistically going to get Bobi here again but man I loved that guy while he was here.

Mo Bamba always played better against us than the rest of the league lol.

Mo Bamba career
18 MPG, 7.5 PPG, 35.9 3PT% (0.9 made per game), 4.6 REB

Mo Bamba career against Sixers
20.7 MPG, 9.3 PPG, 46.5 3PT% (1.5 made per game), 4.8 REB

Prophetic conversation from this afternoon.
It's funny you make this point about Bamba vs. Sixers: there are any number of players whom I probably regard too highly b/c of how they perform vs. Sixers. Like Spencer Dinwiddie.

And it was that feeling, I think, that led the Sixers to sign Al Horford. What a mistake that was. Until he went back to Boston.

That said, I still think that Bamba can be have some value if used right. I wouldn't guess he'd play a lot in the playoffs, if this team is poised to make any kind of run next spring.

Now I'd like to see my other afternoon mention, Javonte Green, sign here.

I wonder if this means Petrusev isn't coming over?

Good addition with Bamba. 3s+Blocks+lobs bigs are valuable

Solid depth signing with some upside. Like it. Not really reading anything into it in terms of what it means for the rest of the roster. It'll be interesting to see what happens with BBall. Maybe he just ends up signing the qualifying offer if they don't want to commit future cap space to him.

More like Petrusev still needs a lot of work.

For vet min sounds great to me. Like others have said, hopefully this means more double-big lineups as you can theoretically play any 2 of 3 of Embiid, Bamba and Reed.

We're probably going to lose BBall and go into next season with a worse roster LOL.

He's the only guy we can't afford to lose. Hoping cap room dries up asap so no one can give him a big offer.

Still young and was good in spurts, what do you not like about him?

Morey signed him.

If we lose bball Paul it means we gonna try to acquire a legit starter at either the 4 or 3 spot. So I ain't gonna be all too mad. I like Bamba over Paul reed at the 5.

How? They don't even have the ability to sign a Thybulle or Grant Williams type.

Darkhorse (maybe not so much?) event that could happen soon is a Jaylen trade request. Dude has now been looped into trade rumors for the umpteenth time.

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker

Jaylen for Dejaunte Murray or Lillard makes the most sense...

Reed also might be transitioning into that PF that can be switchable , secondary rim protector that gobbles up the rebounds. That's been our weakness. Tobias,Reed and Joel should be able to co exist .
