The Raptors have number of under-rated little pieces they can offer for Noel. I like Powell. Ross is ok. They have multiple 1st round picks. I'd rather have Delon Wright than McConnell backing up Sergio. We can start the bidding with Powell and Wright.

Anything but sending him to the Celtics or Warriors. I don't want to help either of those squads fill their biggest weaknesses.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Noel doesn't deserve to go to the Warriors. Although I traded for McCaw in 2k and he is a monster haha.

I think of Stein as more of Colangelo journo than say Woj (who totally crapped on Jerry when Woj didn't get the Hinkie letter scoop). Stein got a few scoops early on in BC's tenure. This could be a leak/alert by Colangelo to drive up interest as a deal is closing in.

I doubt we can get Powell. He is apart of their core or should be.

Lets face it, Noel is basically a rental at this point. They didn't want to pay Biyombo, why the change now. Also IDK about his fit there either.

Ross while I am sure still has his fans, is expendable, opens up time for Powell (or as the fans say forces Casey to play him more lol) and potentially frees up some money either to resign Lowry or get his replacement. He's the one to move.

Don't know what they would add but Ross seems like the target. He is a streaky shooter who can get hot....as lame as that discription sounds...we could use that big time.

No. They couldn't pay Biyombo, no bird rights.

I'm not so sure - he hasn't been getting minutes.

Noel is better than Biyombo. Masai knows it. They'd probably have to move Poeltl though.

I want no part of someone whose strengths are described as "a streaky shooter who can get hot". Though I really worry Colangelo will pull the trigger on Ross after drafting him initially.
jonjames is a signature bet welcher.

I can't believe we wouldn't have interest in Corey Joseph as PART of the return for Noel.

Noel is a streaky defender and average rebounder who rarely asserts himself as a rim protector. I'm not a Ross fan either, but Noel's value isn't going to net you much more than a solid glue guy.

I think that the Pelicans are one of the favorites in the Noel sweepstakes, but what would a panic move be?

I could see them trading Evans, Jrue, or their 2017 pick with protections, but that is about it.

He would improve them immediately, but Noel isn't worth the 6th or 7th pick for example, in this upcoming draft, and that's probably in the sweet spot of where they are likely to end up. So they would have to protect it to maybe the top 10, to ensure that they keep it.

In the end, I think that they would have to protect any pick beyond where we would be attracted to it.

I would love to have Jrue back (if healthy). I feel like he could be the perfect secondary ball handler at point with Simmons in the game.

Mavs would be a good landing place for Nerlens. He'd anchor their defense while their guys can space the floor for him. We'd then ask for their first and play our luck again with lightly protected pick.

I would rather sign Noel to a qualifying offer to be a redundant player and lose him in the subsequent free agency than accept a measly offer of Norman overrated Powell and Terrence Ross.

Yup. Jrue would be great with Simmons. That would take away his heavy mid range game off PnR, he'd then play more off ball with drives and 3s.

I love Jrue, but I trust his health less than Embiid's :(

I see Noel as a great piece for them, but it would take a HUGE offer to get Klay.
