There’s some positive and negative intangibles that I saw watching him closely.

1. He’s the most talented one out there (small passages of play where he was waiting for others to follow along the line of play which tells me he’s ahead so to speak.)

2. The negative though is one play he literally walked passed his teammate on the ground and was the closest one and set off head down sort of in his own world kind of not even acknowledging the person was there.

I get both parts. He really does have all the signs to be a player in this league.

Doc isn’t the best coach for him though.

He gives me the Kyrie type personality. Kyrie everything aside is a phenomenal player.

Btw Scottie Barnes cannot shoot for peanuts lol. He 100% needs a big big off-season on that just be below average imo. Everything about it even in College was all the way bad.

4 guys to select if you want pure upside at 28th or 2nd round
- Ziaire Williams (length, shoot, athleticism, base level ball handling)
- Kai Jones (christian wood comparison)
- Roko (Dario or Wagner comparison)
- BJ Boston (Fake Ingram lol)

I think one of (in that order):
Mann
Dosunmu
Hyland
Jared Butler

Would be available at 28th. If not, I wouldn’t mind taking one of those high upside guys I have on that list, in that order.

I don't like the idea of taking guys who were prominent highschool prospects but sucked as freshmen. Those guys have a high bust rate. Their upside is usually mythical and too dependent on poor highschool scouting reports. The Skal Labisierre's of the world.

Man, I'm rooting so hard for Scottie Pippen Jr. Not only does he have one of my favorite skillsets in the draft, but he's such a sympathetic figure, dealing with those nutjob parents of his. I really think he's a phenomenal talent and personality and I'm really pulling for the kid.

True, his physical traits are weak (literally), but look at his skillset...

Relentless attacker of the rim
Volume shooter from three
Generates a ton of takeaways
Scores almost all his buckets without an assist
Draws a ridiculous amount of fouls
Developed into a strong lead-guard caliber distributor

I'd stack his skillset against any underclassmen in the class and I think he'd tick more boxes.

EJ Onu or Isaiah Todd at 50 anyone? Yes please.

At 50 you might as well go for broke at that number.

See potential in both.

No, actually the literal opposite of Tre Mann. Mann didn't turn pro after his freshman year. He stayed in school and honed his shotcreating skills and is now one of the best underclassmen creators in the draft.

I think guys like Boston and Williams should return to school and work on their scoring efficiency and shotcreating skills. I have no interest in their perceived upside based on highschool scouting reports. Both sucked at the college level from what we saw.

All in on Tre Murphy around 28 and would use picks to move up to get him is necessary.

Melo Ball vibes. Weird ft stroke, but he looks like he can be groomed into a dual threat lead guard.

Yep Preston is a buy for me.

Though in saying that if we don’t get Green just veto this draft and wait for next year lol

Chet and Banchero are legit A+ tier.

In this scenario.

I’ll choose.

1st round: Dosunmu
2nd round: Roko

McBride then in the second Wiggins, or Christopher then Roko is what I’d consider in this scenario.

What's your feelings on Roko? I just noticed he's in the 30s in this mock draft so we'd have to trade up if we're going by this mock.

Taking Jared Butler there, and happily.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
