2016 NBA Draft/College Basketball Thread
Here we go. Although they might not be as good as some have hoped, the Sixers will have four draft picks in the 1st round next year.
Three questions...
1. Out of the "elite" prospects, who do you like the most?
2. Any returning players who you really like?
3. Incoming freshman who are outside the top 10-15 who could rise up?

Its hard to even care after this draft. Really was hoping not to have to live in this thread for the 3 straight year....

It's disheartening for sure, but nothing tonight really changed that. It wasn't like D'Angelo Russell means we're a playoff squad.

^ Skal Labissiere. There's 96 frontcourt minutes so I'm sure they will all be cool playing 24 a night.
On a serious note, Ben Simmons or Jaylen Brown would be nice.

Philly drafting Svi(that Ukranian SG on Kansas) with the Lakers pick will be a good look.

That's not really going out on the limb. If Ingram has the right head on his shoulders (as opposed to a Perry Jones), he's the most ungardable offensive player to come out since Durant.

Malik Newman actually garnered the most respect from his peers out of all the McDonalds All-Americans. You should hear them talk about his competitiveness and drive. I can't wait to watch him at Miss. State next year.

Actually, if Skal is the pick, you have to divide the 96 minutes by 5 (Embiid, Noel, Okafor, Skal, Saric) and you come up with 19.2 minutes per game each.

It really makes you wonder why we just drafted a back to the basket, low post #1 scoring option.

"The days of the low-post scoring big man as a No. 1 option are all but over, the three-pointer has never been more essential and positional versatility is now a necessity, not a luxury.
Once that's accepted, you can start to think about what the ideal basketball prospect for the future might look like."
